KFC, Harrisburg PA

Online order for pick up. I go to drive through for my order. They tell me you have to come into restaurant to pick up the order. I pull around, park, go inside the empty restaurant, explain that I’m here to get my online order… they go to the DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW, grab my order and hand it to me. WHY? !?

This is 1 of the 2 KFCs that I've been to since moving to PA, and the same problem exists in both: the drive-thru layout is awful. This one, however, comes with a bit of sass and attitude when ordering and at the pick-up window. While I enjoy KFC occasionally, it will not be this one that I choose. I'll go out of my way to the newer one.

Didn't like the food in the big filler box. My fries and chicken just weren't the same as usual.

Large order. Drive through was busy (I was inside) staff was getting frustrated, but KEPT IT MOVING! My large order was right the first time. GOOD JOB to the manager (s) /crew!

It was after 11: 00 when i pulled up they replied were closed remember they say they open at10: 30! Then i asked when will they open would not give me a time just said when ever we get the food ready! What kind of service is that, fire them all your customer service SUCKS!

Ordered thru uber.food was super cold and fries was full of oil and not cooked.chicken drumstick was not done at all

This is the slowest KFC I have ever been to. I’m writing this post and I’m still in line waiting for them to take my order. There were only 3 cars in-front of me when I arrived.

Absolutely the worst place to pick up orders. Nobody is at the register and employees are on their phones when they should be preparing the order.

The food is always cold, you wait 10 minutes for cold food, and the management is so unprofessional. The worst experience ever! I would not spend another cent at this place! Absolutely horrible!

I have been going to the KFC at 3819 Walnut St in Harrisburg pa for 20 yrs. It has always been the BEST service, food and customer service. However Yesterday 8/2/23 was the worst service I have ever received. There was a bus in the parking lot and the manager lost it! He was rude, vulgar and totally unprofessional. I live in Hummelstown pa (right beside the town of Hershey), and the KFC in my neighborhood isn't near as good as Walnut St. PLEASE put a check on the Walnut St Manager!

Today my order was not complete. I usually don't have issues, but I paid for a 16 piece bucket and only received 14. Please double check the orders to avoid missing items. I live pretty far from this location to turn around to get the 2 missing chicken pieces, or to get refunded. Thanks

No one wanted to work, the girl at the window wiped her nose with her hand… I just wouldn’t go here.

We've been here 15 minutes and not a single person has even asked for our order.
At least two of the kitchen workers are not wearing any head covering, nor gloves while they spoon up the sides.
Bathroom was gross with zero toilet paper.
The guy did not know how to apply our coupons. But then overrode it which we were grateful for.
Food was ok. KFC bowl was good, but very peppery, which I like but many people would not.
The 16 piece bucket we ordered was at least half wings.
Far worse than the one back home that everyone says to avoid.

On let me start off first by saying kfc is freaking expensive! I’m definitely gonna go to Popeyes from now on they have way better deals! …… now I ordered 2 of the 13.99 boxes it came with the chicken sandwich fries and the nuggets as well as a drink. Baby that thing was delicious ok and the nuggets were good too I honestly could have done without the fries! I have no complaint about this location staff was very friendly food was hot order was correct as well

Really the dumbest group of mfs in one building, especially the drive threw. You can’t be taught common sense.
