KFC, Hanover PA

Restaurant hours are until 9pm M-W & T-F until 10pm. Well its been a couple of times that I drove by the restaurant and the lights are off in the front of the restaurant, this time I decided to go through the drive thru to see if it was actually Open or Closed. The drive thru panel was off and the speaker was broken with a note to order at the window. When I drove to the window everyone was cleaning at 8: 56pm, it looked like everyone was getting ready to close early or leave.
The first thing I thought was that they turn the light off so that people will think that they are closed and not drive in.

On another note, I asked for a Famous bowl. When I opened it, the chicken was burned, the bowl was filled less than half way and the mashed potato was very liquid.

It's so sad to say that Customer Service at this place has gone down due to a lot of reasons. Like food is not done correctly, orders are not taken right due to them rushing, and if you go by late after 8pm the food is served burned and incomplete.

No need to show photos to prove myself, just pass by to see it yourself.

Worst experience ever. Had to wait over 25 minutes in drive-thru line. Employee was rude and acted like it was such a bother to even take our order. The food tasted absolutely awful like there was dish soap or something in it. Spent over $35 just to get home and have it taste so disgusting we threw it away and made PBJ. What a waste.

Went to the Hanover location to get an 8 piece, dark chicken bucket. The Chicken was so dry and it looked like it was from a pigeon instead of a Chicken very small, overcooked will never go there again.i just threw it away was not worth the drive back to complain I think this is what they were counting on

Service was slow, nuggets were overdone. Biscuits were underdone. I waited 20 min for my order

It won't let me post my review without giving at least one star but this experience deserves zero stars on everything everything except for the food.

Drove an hour specifically to get KFC chicken. Get into the restaurant and waited 5 minutes before being acknowledged. Once the cashier finally noticed us she acted as if we were interrupting her. She didn't seem to want to be there and her body language and lack of communication was proof of that.

When we asked about the Diet Pepsi being out she looked confused as if she had no idea what we were talking about, so I pointed to the Pepsi machine to show her that we were speaking about the soda product being out. We then asked about unsweet tea and she seemed confused as to why we wanted unsweet tea. Literally had to explain that he can't have sugar so he can't drink anything else from the soda fountain. At this point all we wanted to say was get your manager to wait on us if you don't want to be here!

We get the unsweet tea and go into the dining room to grab a seat. Every single table was dirty. He walked up to the front counter and asked one of the young ladies if he could get a washcloth so he could wash a table. She started to hand him the washcloth and then quickly realized that she should be doing it.

While washing the table and the seat of where we were planning on sitting is when she informs us that there's a 10 minute wait on biscuits. The cashier didn't tell us while we were ordering we had to hear it from the young lady who was washing our table. This is when he got upset and asked to see the manager. He told the manager about the dirty tables and the poor customer service and ask him if he would want his mother eating in this dirty dining room to which the manager had no response.

We didn't ask for meal replacement or anything other than wanting the manager to know of our poor experience. He stated they were catching up from the dinner rush. We were there for less than a half hour and there were three other customers that had complaints and the gentleman who was finishing up his meal had debris stick to his shoes as he was leaving. While we were eating the cashier finally came out to clean the tables and spot check the floors.

I went up to get a refill on the unsweet tea and heard the young lady say that she was 'helping us' when she cleaned the table for us. Seriously? You didn't help us, you did someone else's job because they were slacking.

What a disappointment this visit was.

Zero stars ordered yesterday online the order came wrong tried again today and wrong again I didn’t realize reading an order and preparing it properly was rocket science hardly got any chicken in my bowl and it was dry and disgusting do not waste your time and money just go somewhere else

I want to know where the managers are at this place iwhen you go there and they have no chicken but wings and tell you the fryers are off an hour and 15 minutes before they close. What’s the point of being there working if you can’t make no chicken this happen 4xs in one week also for a friend of mine that door dashed they had no chicken really Unacceptable

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat and it was the expected typical food and service you get at KFC restaurants.

I was second in line in my car I sat there for 20 minutes. All I ordered is a sandwich and fry and a drink. Why don’t they make people come inside or pull out of line and somebody bring it out to the car when they order buckets. Never go there again that’s for sure. Poor management!

Listen, it's no huge loss to have to go somewhere other than KFC, but every once in a while, it hits the spot. The Hanover PA KFC has been unavailable to fill an order three times in a row that I've tried, spread out over maybe 2 months. They say hours are different than their sign, which is different from the online hours. This location is a total, utter, waste of time. They're not running a business, they're just existing. Really, don't bother.

Terrible service, children working there that can’t even take an order correctly. Food comes out that looks like it’s been sitting all day, dry mf chicken.very unclean.i found hair in my food on multiple occasions.dog water of a place probably even worse than dog water tbh.id rather starve and go blind then ever order here again.

I haven't visited this location in years-last time there was in early 2007! They used to have an all you can eat buffet, and that was superb! Since they no longer have this-why should I visit there again?

The dine in is still close and the drive true line is long and doesn't move you can be there for at least one hour and they still mess up your order they are more better chicken options elsewhere

I placed an on line order for $30+ an was to be ready at 11: 45 AM. I arrived at 11: 40 an was informed that it would not be ready for 45 minutes. After driving for 30 minutes and company arriving at noon I went to Weis and picked up what I needed. I called KFC and they told me I had to cancel on line. I tried to call the 800 number but after holding for 10 minutes I gave up. Needless to say, you will never have me as a customer again. As a businessman, your customer service needs an overhaul!

Went there after work today there was only me and one other person in line they told me to remind them of the sauces when I got to the window only gave me one fry when I got 2 meals and didn’t give any sauce

still no response from store or franchisee about incident, despite several calls to KFC "careline",
They need to stand behind their product and correct their errors and rude and unprofessional staff

Horrible female manager.
Luckily Popeyes is opening soon so maybe this disaster will close up.

Was finally able to eat inside the restaurant, as the dining area has been closed due to staffing issues and COVID.

I went there tonight. Thinking the last 2 other times I've been there would be different. But it wasnt. The customer service was rude. Not polite at all. I had to wait for popcorn chicken to come up which was fine but when all my food came out, they didn't have my sides right or have my drink. Will not be going back!
