The food was over cooked and fries was stale. People were indifferent of situation and used excuses to brush them off.avoid this place

Loved the original chicken meal. The wife liked the spicy chicken wings meal. BIG PLUS. The French fries are the best. None of the other fast food places can even come close to KFC. Staff were friendly and helpful. Two thumbs.

Takeout, was ok, the rolls were bricks, chicken good, hubby's chicken was not done enough, good thing he didn't get food poisoning

The new general manager at this kfc needs to learn customer service she was very rude, and she got my order wrong. I will not be going back to that kfc again, and it was my favorite one because the employees that work there are very nice.

Good food. Clean Facility. Friendly service. Only manger/ supervisor was not very nice or professional to his staff infront of guests. Poor service on his part.

Everytime we go there and order out, they mess it up. The chicken isn't fresh! Ask for extra sides and they always, always get them wrong! This place is a sad disappointment!

What a miserable person working there. Signs say Mobile order pick up inside, had a mobile order went inside, door was even open. Girl says we are drive through only, yet there are signs EVERYWHERE that say come inside. Some people don’t understand customer service, but i guess now a days you have to take whoever shows up…. Updated July 2023 - Gave this place another try on a Saturday night and order was already placed and they asked one of the workers to start the order and they just simply said no and continue on doing their own thing. Why management has not fired these people is beyond me.

Ordered mobile order. Supposed to be ready at 5: 40. At 6pm I’m still in the lobby while people place orders and have them fulfilled but not mine. Rude, loud worker kept talking about getting tips from the customers.

Finally had to leave without food and went to KFC on peach street. That was quick and painless.

The staff here were very loud and rude. We will not be coming here again anytime soon. One woman in particular kept asking customers for tips. Sorry very unprofessional.

This place is depressing. The food is terrible. It is overcooked almost to dust every time I go there. Who wants to eat dry chicken. Biscuits are old and hard as rocks. Pay way too much money for tasteless food. Service means well but is also depressing looking or possibly high, not sure. Save your money.

Today, the oven was broken, so I couldn't have biscuits.
I didn't want an additional side, so the manager gave me a 10% discount.that's OK.

Wow the food was over cook did not get a receipt told it was none dollars and the sandwich was not good to eat

I came in to get coleslaw for the memorial day and a chicken dinner to go.all were very helpful.sandra Markiewicz
