KFC, Philadelphia PA

Chicken was ok, ordered doritos locos Supreme. Got doritos locos with no tomatoes or sour cream. Tacos looked like there was nothing in them. Very disappointed.

Sadly, my order of 3 soft tacos with NO lettuce came out as 2 soft tacos WITH lettuce and a chicken taco, however the girl who took the order was very polite and for this location the experience was surprisingly speedy!

Every time I order with them through drive thru they never get my order right! My son loves KFC food so we get it quite often but it would be nice if they could get our orders right!

Food is good, but when I ask for all dark meat, and want all dark meat. Now I have a big piece of chicken I paid for but can't eat. Listen to your customers, please.

Ordered food from here through Uber eat. It took 5 cars being sent out for them to give the driver my food. When i finally got my food over. A hour late it was cold and hard. Beyond disappointing.

It was disappointing. We waited in a long line at the drive thru, which usually means fresh food. We should have checked our order before we pulled away. One order was a 3 piece combo but their were only 2 pieces. My chicken breast was a little dry or overcooked.

Not good they sold as two chicken bowls through the drive-thru and when we left and got down the street found out they didn't give us no Forks and when we got to work we found out we had no fortune laying around so we weren't able to eat it and enjoy it

They always forget something and most of the staff in the kitchen and drive through seem miserable.

This place is so filthy there is food all behind the counter, tables not cleaned off, the bathroom was completely disgusting looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks! To think the employees share the same bathrooms. Unacceptable will be contacting corporate.

Took too long and I ordered a 12 pack supreme. After my son and I ate our first taco we realized they weren't supreme. Took them back an only received 10 supreme. Worker said we ate 2 and wouldn't give us the other 2. Poor customer service

Food is hit or miss and god help you if you have to deal with the staff beyond placing your order.

Quick, precise ordering service, but no attention paid to asking if drinking in or out and the dining area

Rude, long wait didnt even give me a receipt or a napkin. Service is bad everytime I've gone there. Need better management!

Food is good but service is slow sometimes make you wait like you ordered lobster with soup and salad

Nice wait in the drive thru ithink my car had a full tank when i got there & I was on "e" by the time I got my food.

Service was horrible even for fast food. My order was literally thrown on the counter. Beverage area was covered in soda and the entire floor of the place was greasy and slippery

Always something wrong with the food and the service SUCKS will not be going back to that location

Normally I would give this place a 3 because the workers seem to hate their lives/jobs, but this time even though they messed up my order a little bit I was still happier driving than usual.
The Food here is always good.

It's an old lady that's the drive thru cashier and shes the rudest cashier I've ever met. Will never come back again also if I could give yall 0 star I would!

I have never been to an establishment that had employees who are so disrespectful, miserable & rude to their customers. On top of that, they gave me my food & i ordered a #10 & i got only lettuce & a few pieces of chicken (which i paid for the upcharge). They all the employees are very rude and don’t seem to care about their appearance to the public. I suggest that the corporate look into this staff & change some things,
