Chicken Restaurant KFC reviews
16I ordered online a couple weeks ago, forgot to check my order before leaving and had 3 out o 6 pieces of chicken and no biscuits. Couldn't get anyone to answer a phone and couldn't go back. Tonight I order online and even go in and make another order and when I get to the car I was still short a large Mac n cheese that they charge you $5 for. I probably won't go back because it's been such a hassle since I started going.
Went there today (12/22/23) around 2: 00 pm. Ordered 16 piece chicken tenders with 4 sides and biscuit. Also said to give a mix of dipping sauces. All for $50.20. When I got to my destination and saw what I got, I was very disappointed. The chicken tenders were tiny, and I do mean Tiny, the mash potatoes were runny and the containers were only half full. The biscuits were so tiny it was funny. Also they forgot the dipping sauces. I'm Really disappointed. I guess I'm spoiled living in the south where they have Smithfield's chicken and BBQ or Bojangles. I gave them one star because the bathrooms were clean and orderly.
Me and my dad were wanting kfc and we looked online and noticed they were open till 10: 30 and we were walking up to the front door and one of the employees saw us and ran over and shut the lights out on us at 9: 15. We were very mad and felt very disrespected!
Everytime we go there we're totally satisfied with their food, service & speed. Great experience@
Extremely rude staff that yells that you threw the order point says nothing to you when you pick up the food and they'll just throw it at. You saying "it's basically a whole chicken", they got the order wrong, and called multiple times and they just let ring.
They need someone different on front register. Wasn't there. I waited and waited and eventually girl walked by without even glancing my direction. Went to the drive through window drink station, got (herself?) a drink. Turned around, noticed me and came over and waited on me as if I was an annoyance. Very terse voice etc.when I left she was leaning on the front counter by the register with her cell phone.
When I got to the window. The person said nothing when I said hello. They took my card. They gave me my drinks. And again said nothing. A few minutes later, they came back and said IDK if I told you, but we're waiting on your food. (Please refer to the sentences where they said NOTHING!) 25 minutes later, they gave us our food. I told them that if I had known it would have taken that long, I would have gotten something different. They were not apologetic.
Our drinks were spilled out the drive thru window, we were offered napkins. The window attendant then informed us that she only gets one day off and her hours are gonna have to change for personal reasons, as if after dumping our drinks in the car window that we cared. I understand accidents happen but to only offer napkins and then complain about your job is a no no sorry. Also when I called to speak to a manager no one answered the phone at 3: 30 in the afternoon. Never again the food wasn't even worth it.
Ordered #17 famous bowl, the amount of food in bowl seemed very limited, tables were not very clean. Employee came out and used bare hands to clean crumbs from table never wiped down. But service when ordering was good.
They were friendly and prompt but the cashier didn't know the popcorn chicken was no longer on the menu until after we paid. There was also a smell (maybe some cleaning products) that made me gag so we had to take our order to go.
I had the 5 piece chicken stripes with coleslaw and Mac and cheese the chicken was nice and crispy and the Mac and cheese was good but the slaw didn't have enough dressing on it.
This is a Stand alone KFC as opposed to the one I usually go to in Wexford which is half Taco Bell, the food they serve here is up to the standards of KFC and the staff was very nice to me and all the other patrons, one thing that is difficult about this place is the location as the roads in Butler are not designed for people coming and going to and from on both sides of the street
They should change their name to K. F. Pigeon!
The amount of meat continues to get smaller and smaller.
I was extremely surprised the food was good nice and hot fresh. Store was super clean and staff was friendly
I went to Kfc in butler pa ordered 4 meals and got 3 and i went back and told the drive thru young lady she said i’m sorry but shut the window! So i ordered another meal to replace the meal i already paid for! It’s not about the money or not getting the meal i paid for but more about the disrespect i received because the employees was to busy talking and discussing their personal life! I took the food to the needy family that me and my son got them and noticed the chicken wasn’t done and the biscuits was done either so he was embarrassed to have given this family food that wasn’t prepared correctly! The blatantly disrespect and disregard for what customers should receive after fairly paying, so at the end of the night i had to order this family pizza and apologize because their hearts was set on kfc! So sad that customer service has been downg
The chicken and Cole slaw were great as usual but the mashed potatoes were lacking something. They just weren't as good as they normally are.
