Wow! Had such fun at Axe throwing today!

I’ve walked by multiple times and finally did a walk-in. Brandon welcomed us and accommodated us. It was an hour wait time (for a walk-in), so we sat at the bar with Andrew, and got the most delicious cocktails!

Finally we get to go throw some Axes and Molly and CK gave us the run down of how it works and we had THE BEST TIME.

Hands down, the most fun experience I’ve had in a long time! Thank you to the Philly Team for making it so great!

Nice place I usually enjoy coming here. We enjoyed ourselves on our last visit. Although last time they charged my card mistakenly. I talked to them for weeks on end just to never receive a refund after being told they would call me back with more information. Still haven’t heard anything and it has been months. Would visit again but would just be more careful with their system

They were very up-tight compared to bury the hatchet. They said we couldn't use our own hatchets due to insurance, yet no other axe place has had a problem with us doing this. We were even using the exact hatchets they rent. Most places give you instruction and watch you to make sure you're safe then relax a bit when they see that you know what you're doing. But it felt like they were constantly worried we were all going to go on a rampage or something. Plus I don't think it was BYOB like most other axe places are. It feels like they're trying to be lucky strike of axe throwing, but they aren't offering a better experience.

So I want to explain my rating for this place because my visit was pretty much all over the place. So I don't like the fact that they only have one bartender at the bar working that is a lot of pressure for one person especially when hosting a private party. Also to add if you are hosting a private party do not oversell all of the food to just One customer when you have other people patronizing your establishment that want to order food as well. My best friend and that came to celebrate and have a good time we all were hungry and we wanted to order food but there was nothing available to us on the menu because it was sold out to another person who was celebrating their birthday and they were having a private party. Management tried to make it an issue that we not ask or bother the other birthday person to accommodate for us not being able to order from the menu because they ordered all the food. However the person was very nice and shared their food from their party with us which made our experience better but it was not on the behalf of the staff of at Kick Axe. So I'm saying this all to say that management needs to be prepared for situations like this because not only very very embarrassing that we had to ask people for food because we couldn't order from the menu. Or should I say that we couldn't order what we wanted from the menu because what they had available was not what we wanted and all the good stuff and the best items were sold out. The upside was that the food was actually very good the wings were very flavorful and juicy so glad that we were able to find out because if the lady hadn't shared her food with us we would have probably definitely ask for a refund and definitely left the same or similar type of review. This was my first time axe throwing and it was definitely fine I love the concept and will be back again. I just hope that I will never have to experience that food situation again. Also I would like to add to train the bartender on bar etiquette. My friends ordered a spicy Margarita and the bartender stuck their nose down in the cup to smell inside it to figure out if that was the same cup they used for a previous spicy Margarita and that is definitely a safety concern. It's like when you actually see someone do this it's really gross and then they use the same cut whether they rinsed it out or not then to make your drink with it.

This place is very cute and a lot of.fun. We took so many pictures. I left like I was home in Canada

I was here for a private event over the weekend. The food was absolutely amazing, set up buffet style. The line for the bar was a little unorganized and with only two bartenders it took quite some time to order a drink. Additionally, it was extremely hot while the group was there. Nevertheless, we had tons of fun throwing axes and meeting new people. I would highly suggest visiting!

This place kicks A$$! The entire staff was incredibly kind and helpful, particularly Yassir, our instructor. He made it all a more fun and welcoming experience, a fellow lefty who showed me how to throw with my dominant hand! Had an absolute blast with my friends. This place is vibalicous and i highly recommend.

Kick Axe is always a good time. Great vibes, awesome drinks and food, and amazing staff—especially Yassir! He’s friendly, warm and a fantastic instructor. If Yassir’s working I know he’ll make sure we have a good time!

Date night here for the first time was an absolute fun and great experience! Intertwined with the combination of bar-room drinks and yummy finger foods made it all the best.
The atmosphere was surrounded with good vibes, laughter, and more importantly; an awesome staff.
The instructor we had was very helpful and a delight to have all while ensuring our time there was safe and pleasurable. Kick Axe Throwing is definitely an activity that can either reduce some anger, relieve tension & stress, or nudge at your competitive side.either or it's a very fun and exciting place to attend with family or friends. (And I will be back with them both!)

We celebrated my sister's birthday here and we had so much fun! The atmosphere was really nice and we can't wait to go back again. Semaj was our instructor and he was really nice and extremely helpful

Kickaxe Throwing was very accommodating to my party of 17! I emailed them with inquiries and they got back to me very quickly. Would definitely be coming back here again.

First time visit. Good experience. Didn't have any food. Was kinda loud so I couldn't hear the staff member too well. Bathroom was a 3.5 out of 5. Only did a half hour session. That was good enough for me.

Brittany, Charlee, Syreta, Oxa and others were very helpful from reserving room for family game night to making sure we stayed hydrated and well fed. Food was delicious The pricing was great for the food package that we got and our family had a ball! It's great to know a local then you can accommodate families and friends for game day and we didn't even have to do ax throwing, they have board games and other games we played.including jenga, a giant connect four, taboo and other fun games. Definitely recommend!

Great service and friendly staff. It's a good experience overall. Staff take the time to teach you if it's not too busy and it's a great experience overall

Very inattentive staff, we walked in and waited a half hour with nobody around when we got there, overall the experience was alright after the long wait

The ambiance and decorations were awesome! It was great to have such a knowledgeable instructor for my first time axe throwing. All the staff were very kind and and courteous. This was my first time axe throwing and I had a great time here. I went on a Tuesday so it wasn't too long of a wait before myself and a friend got to throwing axes.

This place is great and the staff are really nice. Jahmer (I'm probably messing up his name) was super attentive and helpful in all aspects. It was a ton of fun
