This store is a JOKE I walked in no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. I guess I was supposed to go find my own sneakers in the back. One sales associate just looked at me from over in the men’s section. I was the only customer in the store so I don’t understand why I wasn’t helped. I left out and didn’t buy a thing because of it. I’m outside in my car in front writing this review I couldn’t dear pull off and not leave one! If you want sneakers find another place because this just isn’t it.

They have a nice collection of sneaks i never carry cash so I decided to you my afterpay they afterpay never works not only there thru they whole system ‍️‍️‍️

At the Fox Avenue location in Philadelphia I found a pair of shoes that I liked but was not in stock so they ordered them online without confirming proper fitting. As a result the shoes were too tight, so I returned to the store to get information on the exchange policy. The cashier told me that I could not return them because I had them on. By simply calling another store, I found out that I had 30 days to return them. I will take the time to commend the store at 7th and Lehigh in Philadelphia for giving me the proper information. All my future purchases will be made at that location for a job well done.

The store was Clean and organized. They did have a lot of sneakers to choose from, but where out of a lot of sizes. They need security there was people fist fighting in the vestibule. The man was hitting a woman and there was no security to break it up.

My experience in the store was horrible. The working environment was ever unexpected. When I walked in store trying to order my shoes one African American women took the shoes from the display and put it in the front for she can’t sell it to me. Reason why this happened because the lady is getting money from top from others costumer while she sold the shoes to someone else. This women has a nasty attitude and is a bad manager for your working company. I wouldn’t come back to the store with employees with so much attitude

Attentive staff but limited stick for sneakers. I wanted 2 different sneakers and had neither in my size

They have your average selection of sneakers including the latest name brand sneakers that all the kids want & the prices are about the same as any sneaker store (which i think is outrageously too high for something u put on ur feet, get dirty, outgrow & throw away in jst a couple months) but it is what it is! I have only been here a few times and did purchase 2 pairs of sneakers for my daughter & would have bought a pair for my son but they were out of his size due to the popularity. But the staff did not seem to be eager to lend their assistance. One of my trips their i was pawned off onto 4 different employees 3 actually because the 4th i had to find myself but other than the lack of help it was jst ok & not my 1st choice but close to where i live.

It's a descent store. I did like the selection of shoes a lot. However I'm curious how I ended up paying $90 for shoes that had a $75 price tag on them.

There is no store there. When I called then they told me to walk more up fox st.didn't even tell me when to. Sent me on a dummy mission ‍️

VERY rude at this location. I walked in the store today and never got greeted. The store was empty. Just me and another young lady with her daughter. She brought it to my attention that no one walked over to assist her. I was in the store for 15mins and never got help. Every associate was standing around in a group talking loud with one another. She walked out and said she will not purchase anything from here. About 5mins later, after still no help, i did the same. Was purchasing 2 pairs for my son but I decided that she was absolutely right. This store need a whole now line up of employees. I will never shop here again.
