As first time mother I search around and read the reviews.as the reviews were good I decided to visit the place. The assistant director was very polite and showed us the room were my child would be. She advise me to attend one of their meet and greeting day and would waive the application fee.so I agreed and made sure attended the activity day. When I went to pay they completely forgot about it and after I approached them, they gave me attitude. I let that go: the first day I got there I took my son to the room I was told he will be at. I went there they had changed and placed him in a room with kids younger than him.the main teacher was giving me looks of why I was staying in the room with the baby bc he was crying and none of the teacher approached me to take the baby and make him feel comfortable.so after 1hr I left and of course the baby was crying.the second day the same thing happened.when I picked the baby up I asked the teacher did he eat? She said yea he ate the whole plate.when I took the baby in the car he asked for milk.and I put music on he start crying. I was doing activity with him at home and as Eastern European we talk loud at home, the baby start cry. I took him to change his diaper he would kick me.something that I never experience before.the third day, I took the baby in the room and he start crying. I left him there with the main “teacher” who she thought I left but I stayed behind the door and watched how she Grabbed my son and put him down.he was crying and she did nothing to stop him. I went to pick him up he was asleep crying. I called and informed them I will not bring my child back.they were fine with it as long as they did not have to pay back the one week in. I went back to pick my son clothes up the assistant director literally threw his clothes on my face. So how is this a good day care when my son was there only for three days and he changed completely into a different child.so parents make sure and stay there and watch your child.
