Kiddie City Early Learning Center, Inc, Allentown PA

I cannot believe this just happened to me. I decided to give this daycare a call to enroll my child in Pre-k counts. The women on the phone asked for my child's DOB multiple times. I then picked up the application, filled everything out they made me do my son a Tuberculosis test which I had to pay for since insurance didn't cover it. They also made me buy uniforms for my child. They told me he was ok to start. And then they called me last minute to tell me my child couldn't start daycare because he needed to be 4 before september 1st and he was turning 4 september 28th. Mind you the whole time they repeatedly asked for my sons DOB. I could've been told NO from the start and not made me do all of that. And on top of that loose my job interview because of the change of plans and money spent on things i wont use. WORST customer service ever.

I really am happy with changing my children to this daycare. I specifically want to mention Ms. Raylene and the directors of this Learning Center. Ms. Raylene is very efficient and has amazing professionalism. She communicates throughly and quickly whenever I have a question or concern. I am also very pleased with the directors Ms. Melissa and Ms. Cely they are very informative and helpful. They are super sweet with my children. Thank you guys. The rest of the staff and teachers are also very nice and helpful. My children have built personal relationships with certain staff members such as Ms. Gigi, Ms. Yinet and others. I highly recommend this place.

Had to take away 2 stars: (Reviewing again… the teachers that work here are nice and all but they definitely need to work on their work ethic. No organization or communication. Had to pull my daughter out of this day care after she spent close to a year here. She liked it but there was way too many inconsistencies and inconveniences on multiple occasions with communication as far as closures or change of locations, classes, and so on, just alot of random back and forth. It was just a headache.be wary.

Miss Raylene is a wonderful person, her vibes has always been positive everytime we've entered the building.

This child care center is by far the worst facility ever. My child is one years old and hasn’t been around other ppl outside of family. Because of this he cries when he is dropped off which resulted-in him being labeled the “crybaby” when this was brought to my attention I immediately withdrew him. Majority of the staff speak Spanish therefore they say whatever and you have no idea unless your bilingual. Thankfully a individual disliked how my son and I was being treated and really let me know what was going on.

Always over ratio, mold on the ceiling in one of the classrooms by young toddlers unprofessional workers and directors who walk around yelling all day like they have no sense at all

I have to say the ladies here work really hard to take care all the kids this daycare has. At first I was scare I never had my son in big place like this. I have to say I am sad that I am moving out of state. Everyone was very caring with my little one. Thank you Kiddie city

I’ve never been in a facility that would discriminate my child for his disabilities until I came in here. The director was unprofessional with her words and statements. I will NEVER bring my children here!

GREAT DAYCARE! My daughter has had a few bad experiences between at home daycares and facilities.but since she has started at Kiddie City, She has learned so much and LOVES going! And it’s at a great price!

My son is always crying when I tell him he is going to school I ask why he don’t wanna go to school he says he scared.so now it’s time for me to further investigate
