We LOVE KidStrong! They really promote more than just physical fitness skills. They develop social skills, communication and team work! The coaches are attentive and work with the kids developing skills where needed. Our kid started at 3 and could not do a front roll, with the skills and attention of the coaches he was a master of front rolls within a month. We have done other activities with our son and KidStrong is by far the most well rounded!

Our kids love KidStrong! We attended a private birthday party there in the beginning of the summer, never having heard of it before. The kids had such a good time that they wanted to go back, so we signed them up for a one-week summer camp with some friends from school. They had a blast with that and asked if they can go more often, so now we have them in a weekly class. The coaching staff is great with them, and they're always challenged with age-appropriate obstacles to overcome. We've seen very real benefits to their attending KidStrong. One of our kids is athletically-inclined, but very shy. He has grown tremendously in the short time he has been there, and it's impossible not to attribute some of his social growth to KidStrong's social/mental/emotional skills focus. Our other kid is bright and outgoing, but not as naturally athletic as other kids. We've seen tangible improvement in her physical health, and she's very motivated as a result of KidStrong.

The facility is clean, the staff is excellent, the pricing is reasonable, and most important, in our experience, it's a lot of fun! This is a great program and comes highly recommended!

Our kiddo is timid trying new things but Kidstrong is slowly helping him become more confident and helping him realize he is braver than he thinks. The coaches are fantastic and do great helping the kids through their challenges. Thanks Kidstrong!

My kids love Kidstrong! Great coaches and a nice facility! I like that each month they focus on a particular skill that builds social skills such as cooperation or public speaking. The kids are having fun, playing to get out all that energy, but also learning teamwork and building positive relationships with their peers.

KidStrong Allentown is a great program for children of all ages. The coaches do a great job keeping the classes fun and challenging. My son looks forward to his classes every week and is a smarter, stronger, more independent and more confident kiddo today because of the classes and curriculum at KidStrong. My 2 year old son has so much fun running, climbing ropes, swinging on rings/monkey bars, pushing sleds and flipping tires and gaining confidence in making friends.

Both of my children love these classes. The activities and goals are unique, fun, and engaging. As a parent, I love that the kids know their coaches as the same ones teach them, even in the floater classes. In fact, all of the staff are friendly, personable, and care about the purpose of delivering fulfillment for your children. Overall, this is a wonderful opportunity for all kids. Everyone looks happy and excited when they are there!
