Fantastic team at Kilmore! The front desk is welcoming, my tech Lauren was friendly and professional, and Dr. Hershberger is always kind, thorough and checking to see if there are any questions.

Due to a condition I am in there a lot. 90% of the time (I thought that percentage out) I am waiting over 45 minutes past my appointment time. That includes while I am writing this. Over the past few years they have started to have the "you do what we tell you and if you don't like it then leave". I feel I should have a right to ask questions (not telling them how to do their jobs type of questions). Being an adult and all. I feel if I would like to stand while waiting for my glasses I should be able to. Not talked down to and told to sit. And then walk off with an attitude because they don't need any one person's business. I feel no caring or warmth from a lot of the staff.

Got a big scratch on my cornea at work.these people took care of it quickly and professionally.

I have gone to kilmore Eye Assoc for years. They stayed when closing to see me. Suddenly I couldn't see. I had a detached retina. They were kind, patient and this was after I held them late from closing. I have always received excellent care. The optical shop in their office has excellent service, reasonable prices and I just purchased another pair from them this month. I recommend them highly.

Very friendly staff, appt.time was kept, Doctor was personable, friendly and took the time to explain my vision treatment plan and why he was recommending this plan. He also thanked me for choosing Kilmore. They have a nice selection of frames in their optical shop and they also have contact lens options. After looking for an eye doctor for the last few years, I will be keeping Kilmore as my eye doctor going forward!

This establishment is unprofessional. I've been trying to get a contact check appointment for three months. They cancelled my appointment on two separate occasions with very short notice and had me re-scheduled 2-3 weeks later. The workers at the front desk are rude and condescending on the phone. For contacts, go somewhere else.
