Kimmel & Son Water Pump & Treatment Systems, Orwigsburg PA

Mike Kimmel and his son Jeremy are experts on well pumps. They resolved a minor problem with my well pump a couple of years ago on the same day that I called. On Sunday, June 11,2023, I determined that I had another problem with my well pump and called Mike on Monday morning. By noon Mike had a new pump installed. Mike and Jeremy provide very efficient and trust worthy service. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs well service.

Had a well pump go bad on Thursday evening and called Kimmel. They were here at 10: 30 Friday morning and we were functional by 1pm. Labor charges were reasonable and they really seemed to know their stuff. Offer a warranty on their labor in addition to the equipment warranty. Ignorant to 'well systems', my wife and I could have easily fallen victim to posers who would not blink at the selfish opportunity to make a quick buck and bilk us for an unneeded bladder pressure tank, switch, gauge, wiring, or the fatal, 'new well pump'. However, artistry, skill, experience and, once again, 'HONESTY', prevailed. As within a mere 30mins of skillful evaluation, and an apparent sensitive urgency to accommodate the subsequent folks in dire need of water on today's schedule [a daily necessity we may all take for granted], Mike Kimmel resounded, "Call me when you need a pump, -It's your capacitor! " Stress and anxiety suddenly dissipated and, as the capacitor was replaced, water flowed without interruption at our home on Good Friday 2023, and without the need for replacing other components:)
We are so pleased with this local, family owned and operated, generational business that we do realize 'it is certainly a huge rural community asset' and, of which, is also an anomaly, in that it has 'not sold out' their valuable name and integrity to be misrepresented by a larger and less functional company. As such, the Schuylkill County area is truly blessed by their presence.

My water shut off in the middle of my shower. I called and Kimmel and son, they were at my home in 3 hours, replaced the water pump and wires. Very professional and courteous. Thank you for a job well done.
