If you are thinking about ordering from this company online, do not. I ordered in mid December, hoping to receive before Christmas, but if not that would be ok. A week or so before Christmas I received an email saying that my order had shipped, with a UPS tracking number and all. Great! I didn't receive it for Christmas, which was ok if it just came in late. I would commonly check the tracking to see how it was going. It was still at the very first step - waiting to be picked up at the facility so it can be delivered. It remained like that for a whole month - it never budged. I tried emailing the facility as well as calling. Emails were never responded to and no one ever picked up the phone. A month passes and the UPS delivery is then canceled! Yet my money was never returned to me. Where were my items? Where were the email updates if there was an issue with the order? Where was my refund for an order I never received? I had to go through Paypal to make a claim to get my money back, all because this company are completely missing in action and think it is ok to process an order, charge someone, and never send the item. Kindy's never even responded back to paypal for their side of the story. Luckily, I got my money back, a few days ago (being February now). I should have read the reviews here and taken them seriously. I can't say for the store itself, but the online store? Horrid. Do not order from here. They need to seriously work on the eCommerce side of their business.

This is a cool store to shop for your christmas items and decorations. They carry all sorts of decorations for your house including diffrent sizes of xmas trees. They got tons of ornanments for the tree along with colored garland and stars to go on top. Theres tons of lights to choose from with led and decorative bulbs to match your decor. They have lots of good deals so you can go home with alot of holiday gifts.

Ordered some Icicle lights the order was lost not received.no response from them on their email which they say they will respond to.tell you not to try to call finally before Christmas came an went i found a number that someone answered they said they were sorry an sent out another order right away. 3 items arrived only two worked.tried to get a replacement no answer on that or response.i wouldn't recommend this business at all.terrible at least with my experience with them. Never seem to know when they are open and no way to really contact with a problem.they do cash you c card charge right away that they do fast response on that. Prices cheap but you do get what you pay for in most cases.

Kindys was nothing like I remember from a few years ago. Portions of the ceiling paint had fallen on lit decorations, it was very cold inside and staff had coats on. Merchandise was older on shelves and some dusty. High prices on some things but most lights were still reasonable. I was disappointed at one of my yearly traditional stops. Wished it could be restored.

This place may or may not actually be open. To say the least, the hours and days they are open are erratic, and do not line up with what they say on their website and recorded phone message. My wife and I tried to visit twice before Christmas 2018 and they were closed both times, with large groups of confused people milling around. If they are still open, I have no idea when. Dont trust the advertised opening times and days.

I arrived there approximately 1 p.m. And they were closed. Website said they were supposed to open at 12 p.m. I drove 45 minutes out of my way to go to this place only to be disappointed.

My daughter and I went there today and wondered why there was a line of people waiting outside the door. I asked a few bystanders what was going on and they stated that Kindy’s wasn’t open yet, despite the fact the website said it would be open today. Another male customer started banging on the door that had an “open” sign posted on it. All of a sudden, a very slim woman came from the parking lot area (I assumed she was an employee) and stated that Kindy’s would not be open until tomorrow. The 15 or so people who were standing in line all stated angrily that the website clearly stated it was supposed to open at noon TODAY. Another woman suddenly opened the door that the male customer was banging on and repeated the same thing the slim woman said.claiming the site was “wrong” and that they were “just getting the stock in today”. It was 26 degrees out there today and I took a 30 minute drive down there—for nothing. We won’t be back again.ever.

Today Sunday 12-2 Not open, went there 2 days ago. NOT OPEN. WHY DONT U JUST CLOSE DOWN. WASTE OF TIME. ATLEAST PUT A SIGN ON THAT SAYS CLOSED.

I have to laugh at some of these sissies leaving reviews about it being dusty lol. I have never been in a warehouse that wasn't a little dusty. And I don't know what they are talking about with the prices either. The lights are definitely cheaper than anywhere else. Some of the wreaths and decorations may be a little pricey on the high ticket items.

Hours say opens at 10am and the doors are closed shut at 11: 30am! No notice, no signs and no communication! Nobody even answers the telephone! What a disgrace! It gets worse every year!

Tried to order on the website, didn't work. Tried emailing, notta. Gave them my phone number, nope. Guess they don't want me to buy from them. Very poor customer service!

We used to go there years ago and they were cheap. Now they sell overpriced crapy lights. My wife bought the led net of lights. She tested them in the store and they worked. We get them home and half of them don’t light after 20 seconds. No refunds or exchanges. So we got screwed. Never go there again

This place has been opened forever and it is a tradition for my wife and I to go when it opens. I know it’s dusty and people say it’s overpriced but for us it represents the start of Christmas, it’s more than just a store and most people who have been going for years understand that.

The place was dirty, dusty and over priced for stuff that was very old. Very disappointed. Found better stuff at Wal-Mart and Target for a fraction of the price that kindy offed! Will not be going back!

Looked online (see below) and thought it was open 12-8. Drove an hour and it was closed.

Wow! I don't normally believe reviews 100% but what has been posted is rather spot on. I have been going to Kindy's since they were in the other location in the city. I know it's not a pristine, department store kinda place but they price their merchandise like they were. Filthy, bits of the ceiling laying all over the floor and not cleaned up, many of the light sets weren't even lit. Not worth going there any longer. Oh, and their system was "down" again. Cash only.

Used to be interesting place to go went last year and the “old warehouse feel” felt more like a tetanus shot waiting to happen. More dust and dirt then I’ve ever seen and the prices so not worth the trip over the bridge. Sad to see another classic place go down. Not going back ever again.

ABSOLUTE TRASH! LIGHTS ARE BROKE, PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE ARE PISSED AT THE WORLD FOR SOME REASON, IF U HATE YOUR JOB DONT BE RUDE TO MY KIDS! AND ABSOLUTELY FILTHY! LIKE TAKE A WET RAG AND WIPE A SHELF DOWN! Embarrassment

ZERO STARS! BUT YOU HAVE TO SELECT AT LEAST ONE FOR THE POST TO GO UP ONLINE. A DUMP. OLD, OLD, OLD JUNK. AND THE PRICES? !? !? SUPPPPPPER OVERPRICED. YOU CAN GET NOTHING HERE THAT IS NOT CHEAPER ELSEWHERE. SAVE A TRIP AND BUY ANYWHERE ELSE, THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!
