King and Queen Massage & Spa

I was in so much pain prior to my appointment. In fact, I called out of work bc of the pain. Since the appointment I referred co workers and paid for my friend to get one. Planning on taking my daughter as well.

I came here to get a massage done, and right when it was time to get undressed, the lady barely gave me a minute to get undressed before asking me if I was ready I told her that I was not ready so 2 seconds later she asked me again if I was ready I asked her to please stop rushing me as I had multiple layers of clothes to take off she proceeded to say ok and walks right in. I’m laying down she goes to get the hot towel and the towels were not hot so then she says I’m sorry the towels are not hot You need to lay here for a few minutes. She comes back and proceeded to give me an aggressive massage, and it felt like she was rushing. She goes to get the hot stones and the hot stones were not hot so she had to continue keep going out of the room to get hot towels and hot stones which by time she came back they weren’t even hot & with her Constantly open in the door it made the room super cold I was shivering throughout my whole massage. At the end she goes oh, I gave you an extra five minutes for the inconvenience of not having hot towels or stones. Meanwhile, she did not give me an extra five minutes because she made me wait five minutes in the beginning for the towels. It sucks because I was really looking forward to this massage because my body was aching. I shared my experience with the person in the front and got me nowhere. She kept apologizing for the towels and stones, but not acknowledging me feeling rushed to get undressed. This whole experience was a mess.

I had a 90 minute massage this morning with Amy and it was so wonderful and relaxing. I highly recommend:)

Do not recommend at all. I booked a 60 minute couples massage for my husbands birthday after seeing several glowing reviews about King and Queen Massage Spa, however, my experience was not pleasant. Upon entering, the waiting area smelled like mildew. We were greeted by a male worker, who asked for our phone number for our reservation and ushered us to the back. The staff seemed very rushed. As we were waiting to have our massage begin, one worker came into the room and began my massage. She did not introduce herself and no one came in to start my husband's massage. After a few minutes I questioned when his would begin. She informed me that the staff was busy and that someone would be in shortly. I politely informed her that I would wait for my husband's massage to begin. She stated that was fine, but then continued to massage me. I mentioned this two more times and while she verbalized that she would wait, she did not, and continued to say that everyone was busy. After about 10 minutes of this, another staff member entered and began my husband's massage. During the massage, hot stones were being used, I personally do not like hot stones. I asked her to please not use them. She stated she would stop, but did not stop. I again asked her to stop and my body was tense and visibly uncomfortable. She laughed and stated "oh you don't like hot", I said no, yet she continued to massage with the stones. My massage ended before my husband's, so I was left to sit in the dark room as his was finishing up for 10 additional minutes. As we were leaving and I paid, the massage therapists followed us to the front and the cashier requested we tip them. I informed them that I was not comfortable with tipping and the reason why before leaving.

Overall this was not a positive experience, and I would not recommend going here.

Went for the first time today with a lot of lower back pain. Luckily they were open as most places are closed for the long holiday weekend. They were able to get me in and I saw Amy. She was amazing! She knew exactly where my pain was and had excellent pressure. I like a really deep tissue massage, especially when my back pain is and she definitely delivered. The hot stones are heavenly. Every part of me feels relaxed now and my back feels so much better.

The parlor is clean and the staff are professional. It's a great value. Amy recommended the cupping treatment for my back and that was great as well. I already scheduled my return appt for next month! Can't wait to go back!

The massage was very good.they asked about pressure and made adjustments throughout.the eye massage device was a little rough at first but once adjusted it felt okay…not sure if i would do that part again but i loved the massage.

Pleasant and friendly staff, enjoyed my time there it was worth it. I didn’t want the moment to end gosh I was so relaxed!

Had a couples massage for my girlfriend's birthday. She is petite and thought the massage was a little too hard. I thought my massage was great. Overall great memory and services provided.

Best massage I've gotten in weeks! I called and was able to schedule a 90 min massage w/ hot stones (already included) The pressure was perfect! The atmosphere made me so relaxed that I fell asleep. I'm making this apart of my regular self care regiment! BEST PLACE EVER! I will be back again really soon!

Love this place they are very welcoming and professional. My husband and I visit at least 6 times throughout the year

When you just want to relax and forget about your pain, this is the place to go. Very CLEAN, Always a Great massage, never to long of a wait either.

Excellent facial and massage Mikki, Selina, and Amy were beyond the good, can’t wait for next visit
