My driver from King Limo Service, Noel, was excellant. He was totally professional and it was evident he loved his job and his employer.

Our service to the event was FANTASTIC! Very pleased. Our service on the way home was terrible. I called and talked with the customer service manager and he assured me they would talk with the driver and get back to me. That was 2 weeks ago. NOTHING! I was told I would get a credit and a call back. Still waiting.

Driver had to wait for us over three hours at the airport because our flight was diverted to Harrisburg due to thunderstorms. I called King Limo as soon as we were on the ground in Harrisburg (Couldn’t call while in flight). When we touched ground in Phila. I received a text from our driver that he was about to leave. I texted back and caught him just in time. He grabbed our luggage upon our exiting Arrivals Hall and loaded his car. He got us home safely and even helped carry our luggage. Thank you King Limo!

Excellent driver who was very knowledgable and ensured our safe arrival at multiple destinations in historic Philadelphia and Center City. The van was very comfortable for the 9 members of our group with 2 pickup destinations at the beginning of the 4 hour trip and 2 drop off destinations at the end of the trip. Would definitely use them again.

Our church recently used King Limousine for transportation to and from the airport for a youth mission trip. Our experience was outstanding!
Making the reservation was quick and easy and the representative I spoke to answered my questions without hesitation. They explained everything clearly, and sent real-time details to my email while we were talking to ensure I had all the information needed.
Our trip to the airport was so smooth! The driver arrived earlier than requested to ensure we wouldn't have to wait for him. He was kind/courteous to our team and their parents, as students said their goodbyes and he loaded luggage.
Our trip home was equally as good. Our driver, Mark, was at the airport to get us before our plane landed! He was timely, gave clear instruction about where he was parked, and was helpful and interactive with our team. After a LONG flight, his cheerful disposition made the trip home so nice!
All of their invoices were emailed on time, were fairly priced and their customer service went above and beyond in all areas. We will 100% use them again for our transportation needs, and I will be recommending them to other groups I know for transportation.

King Limo had exactly what we needed for the best value on our wedding day! We got the Ford E-450 Luxury Minibus that accommodated up to 20 passengers. We loved the luxe look inside, with speakers so music could be played on the way to the venue. Tom was our driver on the day of; he was pleasant and came on time to pick up the groomsmen, bridesmaids, and then everyone else to the venue. The entire experience was easy and stress-free. Highly recommend King Limo!
