Rest room was out of service with no sign on the door stating that. The food that was finished was not crossed off the menu board. I had curry chicken, white rice & cabbage. The chicken was a bit pink on the inside so i didn't eat it. The cabbage was the best thing from the platter.

I don’t even do reviews but THIS ISH RIGHT HERE! Very, Very good. Seasoned perfectly and nice portions. The young man at the register was very polite and I only waited like 5 minutes for my food.

The Mac and cheese was lowkey too cheesy that was mid. The yams was good. The jerk chicken tenders was good they give you five of them. But the price was a little outta range.

Food is good! Oxtails are the best! They are toooo unorganized like it’s sickening! You order you wait there 40 mins then the worker makes announcement joe they ran out …… one time i order on phone went in to pay she said they ran out i got in the car sat there like no they just opened at 2: 45 no way they are sold out at 4 so i called again as another person and the worker took my order!

If I can give below zero stars, I would. I order OXTAILS, drive 30 minutes there, to be told they are OUT OF OXTAILS? ! I will never spend another dime or send ppl their way EVER AGAIN! Anyone who does inventory should know whether they have enough for that day. They either didn’t have the oxtails when I called or they were taking phone orders and was giving the oxtails to the walk in customers. Either way, don’t waste your time because their communication SUCKS!

Thee best mac n cheese and oxtail around. I ordered from them numerous of times and it's worth the wait. The only regret I have is not ordering enough. Enough still isn't enough tho. I can eat oxtail 7 days a week.

One day I went I waited almost 2 hours for them to say they don't have certain suff when you get your food, Another time I went I looked online an it says that there open and wasn't smh so my 3rd and final time going there was last week and never again I called ahead of time and they claimed they had no oxtail or rice n peas just white but when I arrived they was giving someone oxtail that just walked in to order all I know is some of there food is good but they seem like the people in the front don't know what they ran out of in the back. So hopefully they'll fix that issue but that don't have to worry about me for a while.

So for the prices it needs to be in a better location. Rasta pasta is expensive $45.00 wasn't expecting that. Ok amount of chicken with 4 shrimps included. Not worth it to me. No menu. I would just recommend basic Jamaican dishes from here. Jerk chicken curry that type. It's normal priced at $12-16. Wasn't too crazy about the food. I been ro other places that give you your monies worth. Wasn't bad had better. And call in your food. The wait was a full hour.

Ok, if you don't mind waiting 30-45min for your food. They rarely answer the phone and run out of food quickly. Also they never communicate when they will not be open. I've often went on "open" days just to see the gate pulled down.

The food has the right amount of spice. It can get a little crowded, but the service is speedy. The Mac n cheese is sooo cheezy and the oxtails are spicy. The order taker is very pleasant and helpful. Plus she's a cutie. Check it out, it's worth it.

It's unorganized.they run out of food fast.you open until 9 and run out of food at 630.how? They prices are way too high

My food was 70$ for two platters my honey glazed salmon didn’t have any honey glaze on it i had to wait 3 hours for my food then my salmon platter was sitting there for an hour because they never made my fried rice and everyone who came in after me got they food before me and men were outside the store with mask on staring my down and they were getting smart i don’t know if the owners knows this buts it’s unacceptable

Best Caribbean food around. I've been going here for several months now. I'm hooked.

Today was our first time ordering from Kingston11. We had the curry goat and collard greens and although the portions were huge and the flavor was great it would have been more enjoyable with less salt. My husband and I took 3 bites and threw the rest away because it was too salty both the greens and the goat. We thought it was a palate adjustment because of the spices but after the 3rd bite it was clear that it was definitely the salt.

We wish Kingston11 the best and hope you consider maybe adjusting the salt a little bit.

Please tell how you order inside then someone brings the food in a car to the location? It's like their a restaurant that ordered your food from Uber eats. Never Ever Again. I'll be sticking to Royals Jamaican.

Their food is top f’kn tier! I’m a big fan of Ron’s up olney and the food here is better than Ron’s. It is a small space so they only let a few ppl in at a time so your probably gonna have to stand outside. Customer service was pretty good. The lady who I’m assuming was the owner was a sweety pie and funny. Only thing I do agree with some other reviews is that the ordering system could be better. Now you are gonna have a little bit of a wait but on my momma its worth it.

You get buzzed in, service is slow, ordered jerk lamb, it was so spicy the top of my head was dripping with sweat, a side came with it, I ordered collard greens, they were very salty, the meal cost $27.00, my son granddaughter and I came from New Jersey, it was a takeout, that's when we found out we won't be going back.

Don’t waste your time! I wish I could give them a negative 0! They’re never open on time, don’t answer the phone & ignore patrons knocking when they’re supposed to be open. Go somewhere else!
