I thought Lancaster County was a safe place to buy a home - but it's the agent you have to worry about. This man lies, cheats and leaves you holding a big, messy bag of real estate. Paul Witmer takes sleazy to a whole new level. He is the proverbial shyster - if you trust anyone, don't trust him. This is a rough time in real estate, but this man takes advantage of innocent people. Try another way, at least try a different agency and agent than Paul Witmer, Realtor at Kingsway Realty. He merits an "F" for fail.
