Attempted to pay over phone and was directed that all payments had to be done via web portal "for security reasons". Once you get there they charge you a $3.50 "service fee" for paying on line. No other provider does this and the site looks like it was done in the 90's so security isn't really something I had much confidence in.

I was able to get bloodwork completed without an appointment in about 20 minutes. The location is conveniently located and it’s a rare opportunity to experience a building featuring original 1930’s architecture in Wilkes-Barre.
