I bought my Kirby about 40 years ago. Have never had a problem with mine. Periodically I have it cleaned and checked. Most recently, I dealt with Beth. She was very kind, professional and provided excellent customer service.

I’ve had a good experience with this store starting when I inherited my grandmothers Kirby G4 seven years ago (it was about 15 years old at the time).
This store cleaned it up, tuned it up and it’s worked flawlessly for 7 years. Every two years I take it here to get checked out. A tune up costs about as much as a cheap vacuum does and I have a machine that can nearly infinitely be repaired. If it dies, I’ll probably get a newer Kirby.
