The manager Chris was fantastic! She resolved an issue I had and made me feel like I the customer came first! Which many retailers these days do not! I've always loved Kirklands and was heartbroken when they moved out of my mall. But I will definitely be back to the Grove City, PA location! Thank you Chris for going above and beyond to get my beautiful picture. I LOVE IT!
I don’t feel the staff is very friendly. They didn’t want to help when I asked questions. Maybe because it seemed like only two people working and no one on the floor to assist. When checking out I had to ask them wrap certain items that I felt they should have known they needed to be wrapped.
