Kirn Family Eye Care reviews
6I love this place. And they give you a sense of value as their customer! Thank you Kirn! Had a situation where I would run out of contacts before I could be seen. Christina helped me out.
It took three tries to get a pair of glasses. Neither of them were correct. The third and last pair was good for distance but couldn't see thru the bifocal. Ordered contacts and got two sets of the same eye. To me, the receptionist was very cold and unfriendly. Never made eye contact. Maybe they don't have many african american patients. I will never go back. Thinking of going back to my old doctor that I had from 1996. Only changed because it was far from where I live now.
I had a great experience with this office for 3 years. Doctors including the staff are friendly, patient and very helpful. Thanks!
Went in for an eye appointment, they made me feel super comfortable, and everyone was pleasant and fun to talk to! Dr. White listened to everything I had to say, made me feel comfortable about being there, and I wasn't as scared as I usually am. The woman who helped me pick out my glasses was wonderful and the receptionists were very friendly! Overall, great experience!
I moved to the area and chose this location based on good reviews. During my first visit, I brought my current contacts, glasses, and my previous records. Much of this information was not recorded, which later became problematic as they needed to reference it. The doctor very incorrectly prescribed my right eye, which snowballed into a slew of issues when ordering glasses and contacts. During the contact trial, the prescription was so off I couldn't read street signs. I felt the staff acting cold towards me when I needed to come back for different trial lenses- as if I was being picky when I just plain couldn't see. Overall, choosing this facility has been a big disappointment. I wasted time on unnecessary visits, the staff was unprofessional, and my eye health was clearly not a priority of theirs.
I've been a patient of Dr. White since she and her husband opened their practice together. I am one of those people whose eye sight has to be exactly "right on" and Dr. White comes through each time. She is patient, kind, extremely knowledgeable in her field, very concerned about her patients, etc. I could go on and on. I would never trust my eyes to anyone else. I think that says it all!
