K&J Party Rentals

I was really hoping that the people who were setting the tent up would be nice. To my surprise, they were incredibly NICE! (See what I did there?) They answered all my annoying questions and they had a lot of patience whilst doing so. They were swift in setting and disassembling the tent up/down. The tent (10x30) itself was sturdy and reliable. It even kept the yucky lantern flies away. So all in all, we had a great experience with K&J party rentals and will ABSOLUTELY be using them again in the future. Just rented a bunch of tables and chairs for a first birthday and let me tell you K & J was amazing from the start! Loved the online ordering, they called me and asked about every delivery which was incredible and then called me to let me know they would be about 30 minutes to an hour earlier which I thought was such thoughtfulness. Then I told the two guys delivering they didn’t have to take the time to set everything up and they could just drop it (it was pushing 95+ direct sun) and they still took the extra time to set everything up. Will definitely be using them again for all future events!

We used K&J Party Rentals for our DIY backyard wedding. We ordered a 40x80 tent, string lights, tables, chairs, and a dancefloor. It was all delivered on time and there was no issues with setup.

The night before the wedding, there was an incident where the string lights went out. In a panic, I called K&J afterhours and luckily they picked up. I expressed that I would need replacements by the next day for the wedding.

Mike went the extra mile (or extra 30 miles to my location) and arrived THAT NIGHT with replacement lights and made sure everything was working again. Could not ask for better customer service! Extremely happy with everything they did for us!

I was looking for a location to rent chairs and tables for my son birthday party, majority of the places had bad reviews and the ones with good reviews had high shipping (more than I would pay for the rental) I found this one through Google and took my chances. Let me tell you they are amazing! I was able to order online, when I wanted to confirm my order would still come Stephanie responded quickly! They have alot of delivers for Sunday so instead they delivered the tables in advance which is great because I'm able to set up in time. The delivery guy was so great he offered to set up everything for me but I informed him no because the party wasn't until Sunday. He put everything away from me and when he left I noticed the way he put everything away was perfect where my 2 year old couldn't play with them and hurt himself. The products are also clean and in amazing condition, I will be using them for my daughter's party in March thank you K&J team!

Phenomenal services and absolutely loved Mike and Stephanie. Unfortunatley never got to meet Stephanie in person but i felt like I was related to her due to several phone conversations prior to my daughter's wedding. They did an outstanding job, the tent was in great shape, the farmhouse tables and chairs they rented from another company were in good condition. I drove Stephanie crazy adding things to my list and then removing and she never was phased. Mike even built a beautiful bar and another barrel bar in time for the wedding. To be quite honest I believe their great service comes from the fact that they are just 'Great people'. Hope i can use them again someday although we did my daughter's wedding in Lake Harmony and we are a distance from there. Thanks again Stephanie & Mike.

Incredible experience, very lucky that the first five places that we attempted had booked tents already, because we will be using K&J again. The ordering was extremely easy, Steph was friendly and informative, answering a ton of questions and really helping to put together the best set up by giving her input on what might work best for what we were looking for, and changes throughout the process. She also kept us informed on delivery/pick up times and even helped to ensure it would work out as a surprise. Mike and the guys were awesome as well, friendly and also helpful in deciding what was the best layout once we have everything there, as well as helping to make some adjustments to make it work. Material was all in pristine shape, our last-minute relocated bridal shower to a lawn turned out to be an extremely elegant setting with a professional vibe. After this, it's highly likely we weigh the options with just having events in our yard going forward; the tent/walls alleviated any weather concerns we had, and they have heaters available too. After having a bad experience the year before with another company, I decided to ask around and came across K & J Party Rentals. I could not have had a better experience. They were very professional and reasonably priced. I was extremely happy with the quality and appearance of the tent that I rented. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

They're equipment is new and well maintained and their whole team is a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be using them for my future events.

I looked around the entire Lehigh Valley for places to rent a bounce house as I was planning a birthday party. I asked for recommendations and it seemed to be unanimous K &J. I reached out for a quote and steph got back to me really quickly. The price turned out to be very reasonable for the day rental. What was extremely accommodating was they delivered to my home and set it up. Prior to the drop off though, steph had reached out and said the delivery guys would be in the area Friday rather than Saturday (original reservation day) and that they would be dropping it off. I felt super lucky to have this rental for an extra day without charge. When delivering the bounce house, not only did the two guys set it up, they also cleaned it. As a parent, this was huge. This was an effortless rental as I was able to complete it online, the staff was beyond in the customer service department and they were all so very accommodating. I'll most definitely come back to them for future rentals and I strongly urge you (whomever is reading this) to do the same. You will not be disappointed.
