Chris is great! She has always provided great information to me so that I could make a wise direction in my purchases.

In my experience, this is the only place to go for your appliances. They have a wide selection, fabulous sales persons who provide personalized attention to your needs. Their products are wonderful, as is their pricing. The delivery men are courteous and are experts at being mindful of your property and take great care with the appliances.

You owe it to yourself to shop here. They take care of their customers, unlike a commercial store.

Our dryer started making noise. The support wheel was bad. They had the parts in stock. Back up and running a half hour later.

We knew what we wanted so we're grateful for NO up sale efforts. Delivery went smoothly as well.

The man sales rep was fantastic! Experienced and friendly staff.
Prices just about the same as Lowes. Better service.

I went in to buy a refrigerator. Wanted to buy it here because of the reviews I read. Felt sleazy, cash or check only, the salesperson was not knowledgeable about what he even had in stock. I left quickly, shaking my head wondering where all the great service I heard about was.

This place is a gold mine. The people who work here are extremely knowledgeable and kind. Few of these kind of stores still exist. We have brought everything from Clothing washer and dryer to Dishwashers. Well built machines that last. Very Well managed.

Excellent sales and service. I just bought a wash machine that was delivered today. The delivery men were awesome. They set up the washer and made sure it was level in all directions and made sure everything worked before they left. The sales people are so knowledgeable too. I am so impressed how quiet this wash machine is when it washes and it does a awesome job cleaning the cloths. Thanks for all the information you gave me before I bought my wash maching that I like so much. Kleckners is the only place I will go for any appliances.

New GE refrigerator buy and installation was excellent experience. Tried big box stores prior with poor results and delays in ordering and installation. So glad I found Kleckner Appliances.

I was very pleased with the service I received, my wife is enjoying our purchase. The staff was professional and I like the fact they service the items they sell. This store has been in business for five generations. That's a good thing these days.

I will never shop anywhere else, they have the best customer service, great pricing and are very focused on providing the best possible shopping, delivery/installation, and service experience there is. You won’t get this kind of support and attention from chains or other retailers. For the last fifteen years I have purchased all my appliances from them and couldn’t be happier about the quality of the appliances or the overall customer experience.

We’ve had issues with their service department and not holding to warranty. They were out 3 times and the issue still returns. They have wiped their hands clean of us and told us we are out of warranty. The dishwasher continues to blow was motors. They have not addressed the problem. Will never go back. So I have a $900 dishwasher that’s lasted less then 2 years. I can assure you I won’t be purchasing a new one there.

I’ve bought several appliance from Kleckner’s over the years. They are knowledgeable about their products, unlike sales people at Lowe’s. I was always impressed with their delivery service but a little disappointed with my recent purchase to hear that I had to wait a month for the delivery of an in-stock item. Such is the pandemic. The delivery guys were great but a latch got broken when they were switching around the direction the dryer door opened. They called the store and within an hour, one of their guys came up and fixed the door with a new part. Great service! I’ll do all my business with these guys.

Always nice to deal with, this is our third appliance from them, won't shop anywhere else.
