Been on several day trips with Klein's always nice crowd so I like the courtesy & no problem with refunds of canceled trips

We were guided by Klein to use Our Bus for ticketing and transportation round trip from Reading to New York. I booked three of us on April 1 (almost six weeks ago) for a May 13 trip. 5 days before we were to go, I received an email from Our Bus stating our return bus ride was cancelled and no other buses available. Do not depend on Klein or Our Bus especially if you bought Broadway tickets because you may be very disappointed. We won't be relying on Klein or Our Bus for future transportation.

I rode a bus from NYC to Reading, PA on Thanksgiving day. Upon my arrival, I discovered that my suitcase was missing from the undercarriage. I was a bit upset as I thought I'd be without my belongings for the duration of my stay. The bus driver put me in contact with the right people, and those Klein employees discovered that my suitcase was accidentally taken by a passenger who also had a similar suitcase, which was left behind. The contacts coordinated the return / swap of suitcases and this all occurred within an hour on a holiday. Sincere kudos to Klein and I will be riding with your company in the future. Thanks again!

Terrible customer service. They sent the price and the bill was confusing (no total, so the two trips were listed separately making it look like the cost was half what it was). When we tried to clarify the pricing the staff member Joy gave misleading answers about the pricing. When the bill came the total turned out to be twice what we originally thought and had tried to confirm with Joy. When we called Joy to explain she took no responsibility for giving confusing and incorrect information and refused to let us speak to a manager to give feedback about our experience.

Has been years since I took a bus trip with them. I purchased tickets for my Mom an I to go to Cape May for the day on 9-11-2022. Our driver was Jon R an he was very, very professional an even got us there before schedule! The bus was extremely clean an comfortable an not to full! Although the weather was bad the entire time it was still nice to be able to travel to an from there safely an very comfortable! Our driver did an excellent job in driving in bad weather an I will definitely be booking a trip with you guy's again!

Klein really helped us out in a pinch with our wedding event. We chartered two 54-seat motorcoaches for our guests to take from the blocked hotels to the wedding venue. Their service was professional and guests appreciated not worrying about driving. Joy Fait and her team were a pleasure to work with. We recommend Klein for any large event shuttle needs.

Great bus driver and host funny very informative on Tues 6/14 to the Philly flower show keep us safe with updates on the traffic bus were clean and will travel again on Klein Transportation.
