KN Nail Spa

Stopped in for a refill because I seen good reviews. Upon sitting down there was a FILTHY non white towel w finger nail clippings and residue from a previous client/clients that they wanted me to rest my hands on. I asked nicely if I could have a clean towel for base and they turned me away since I didn’t want to use it. I’m not paying $45+ for unsanitary equipment. Went to luvz instead. That experience made me question there sanitary conditions. Better safe than sorry.

Made an appointment the day before for a 1 pm mani/pedi. I clearly asked for Jason to do my gel manicure and any of the other ladies to do my pedicure. They even asked for my phone number when I made the appointment. When I got there, all were busy with customers. There was also a customer in the back of the store that I wasn't aware of at first. 15 mins go by.nothing. After almost 20 mins, Jason said I will do your nails soon. Never said sorry at all. I stated I requested one of the ladies for the pedicure. After 30 mins passed, the women were done with the pedicures. I was shocked when the woman in the back went to the pedicure chair and a customer that walked in at 1: 30pm came in and said I have an appointment for a mani and pedi. SHE WAS TAKEN IMMEDIATELY! I was going to leave at this point. At 1: 30, he said I could sit at his station. I thought he was ready to do my nails. HE WASNT EVEN DONE WITH THE CUSTOMER HE WAS WORKING ON. Got up and left. You clearly took walk ins knowing you had appointments. Very unprofessional. Why take a phone number if you have no intention of giving a courtesy call? Poor business. I will let everyone know NOT to use this salon. Wasted my time.

This is the best nail salon that I’ve ever been to! Sarah was so nice and did my nails so well, they turned out perfect and she took her time and made sure they were just how I wanted them. The price was great for what she did, super reasonable! 100% recommend going here

LOVE this nail salon! Jason and Sarah always do such an amazinnng job on my nails. Everyone who works here is so kind and welcoming, Jason will be sure to give you a good laugh and a great manicure! Great place, great people, great prices!

Owners are very nice, Great service every time. I’ve even brought my family to get services done and they all loved it! Moved here from New Jersey and was so hard to find a good nail tech. Pedicures with the hot stones are very relaxing. They don’t rush their work and they pay attention to detail. Would definitely recommend.

Sarah just completed my spa pedicure experience and it was wonderful and relaxing. I came in for a standard pedi. I noticed that she steered away from the ticklish areas of my feet, which allowed me to really relax. As she performed my pedicure I fell asleep. It was a really good experience. Thank you.

I can’t believe this place is rated so highly. Recently moved to the area and wanted to try this salon. Had an appointment and after fifteen minutes of waiting they said they wouldn’t be able to seat me for at least thirty more minutes. Inside of the salon is also not nice. Would not recommend if you’re looking for a nice and reliable place!

I enjoyed my time at this nail salon! Quick service, reasonable prices, and friendly environment. I got a gel pedicure and a full set. I needed help finding the right design for my nails for Christmas this year and the results didn't disappoint. I LOVE MY NAILS and they look so festive. I can't stop looking at them!

I love the owner! She is so nice and does her best to make everyone happy! Not to mention the nails here are so good!
