2 This place was perfect for our event! We had about 40-50 people for a Surprise 80th Birthday Party. We had plenty of room and could have easily had more people. We set the tables up for the guests, a table for a photo display, one for gifts, two for food and one for drinks.and still had a little area for dancing!
The kitchen area had refrigerator and freezer space, a coffee pot and utensils which we were permitted to use. Everything was nice and clean and in working order.
We chose this rental because of such a reasonable price. Everyone involved in the planning was very satisfied and actually surprised at how nice the place is for the price.
The (I assume) owner was fantastic to work with! We had permission to use the hall from 11am-11pm. This allowed for unrushed preparation for a 4pm party. And plenty enough time for us to socialize as long as we wanted.
Based on our experience, I would HIGHLY recommend this rental for your next casual gathering.
By the way, we pulled off surprising the guest of honor! What a blessed event!
