Knightsbridge Apartments

Knightsbridge was one of the complex's I was interested in my apartment search. But once I saw the many bad reviews, I scratched it off my list. I am better off being homeless if it comes to that. If all the people took the time to read the reviews on Goggle, they would avoid all complex's with bad management.

Me and my girlfriend applied, was told not having any rental history wasn't a problem. Turned out to be a problem. Even though we both make more than enough to pay for rent they denied us. Kinda feels like they just made it seem like we could get the apartment so they could get the application fee. Nice apartments but feel like we were deceived.

Reply to your response: I’m sorry, but your lying! I made it clear two different times that our air conditioning wasn’t working. The lady in the office told me to open the windows. Why was portable air never offered to me? It’s a true shame what your doing to people! Rent is way too high and the living conditions aren’t good. I’m so happy I don’t live there anymore.

RUN! Don’t rent an apartment here! There isn’t enough parking spots, the air conditioning doesn’t work! I moved in June and moved out a year later, the 2nd day there I told them the air conditioning didn’t work. They told me the maintenance man will be by to fix it. They never came! For 10 months! After waiting 2 days I called the office, the girl in the office told me just to open the windows. It was 90 degrees out! I couldn’t believe it. I wish I never lived here! Total nightmare! Stay away!

This is definitely the best apartment complex I have lived in. It’s quiet and peaceful. The apartments are really nice as well. And the staff and service is always good and quick to respond when you need assistance. I would definitely recommend this place!

I have been living in this apartment almost 10 years. It is very convenient and good place to live. Very nice, safe and secure place. I see few negative comments but I never had any problem since I moved in. Every time if there is any issue they solved it right away. People in the management office are very cordial and cooperative. I have many years plan to live here. Place is nice and clean compare to so many near by locations.

I use to live here they have the building you can see from the street well cept but once you get to the back of the complex their not maintained very well. The apartments themselves aren't bad I like the floor plans. I personally believe their overpriced. They hide alot of things well from the outside but you'll find all walks of life behind the scene s.

I've been here for three years now and have never experienced anything but positive and great things from the staff Barbara and Nelson are awesome! They have always been very friendly and accommodating to me. Give this place a try you want be disappointed.

The pictures look great. But too many unhappy tenants! This is no way to treat people once they move in. It appears that management is very unprofessional. Shame on you Galman Group for continuing to employ such horrible employees. I'll stay happy and take my money to where I'm treated with respect and dignity.

I'm am grossly disappointed with the staffs ability to handle conflict, and communicate in a way that demonstrates common sense and compassion for the apartment community. We had no issues for over a year, and then all the sudden we're being accused of noise when we're not even home (we didn't have a dog at the time). And then another residents child goes into OUR trashcan and pulls out dog poop, and suddenly we're the ones to blame. The parking is absolutely terrible if you get home anytime after 7. If you live in the center court yard you have to often park around the other side of the building, and in the middle of winter, that's ridiculous. I was happy when we moved in because our apartment was freshly renovated. However, the installation of things was not handled well. Both our sink fixtures came loose within weeks, we had to tighten ourselves. They are not quality. Our stove was not leveled correctly so when we laid one of our pans down, the surface cracked. The fixtures in the shower are rigged to not allow it to get hot enough, so we had to fix that too. There was spackle all over the walls that they didn't even bother to paint. I've never in my life wrote a bad review, but because of the lack of personableness I've received, I feel strongly about warning you about what you're getting into. I've never experienced such pettiness in my life. I am EXTREMELY frustrated that our lease is not up until October. We will certainly be looking to relocate.

The maintenance is the worst.they dont know what they're doing.they use poor/materials. I've had an issue with the kitchen sink on and off for over two years.causing me to not be able to cook.it's ruined thanksgiving and Christmas

We have lived here for just over a year now. The apartments are remodeled well, the location is amazing (5 minutes from everything), and all of our neighbors are wonderful.

Don't waste your time visiting this place. I made an appointment to tour the apartment, drove almost an hour to the area to only get there and find the doors locked. I called but got no response. I left a message and never got a call back. Imagine if I lived here.tells you how much they value people. No thanks I'll keep looking. You should too.

Worst management staff. They tell lies, hide stuff and demand unnecessary fees and yes very rude. Both staff and management.
