Knoebels Crystal Pool reviews
12 The life guard wasn't paying attention, my daughter was jumped on by someone else jumping off the diving board.
After it happened, nobody stopped to check on her, I asked for an ice pack twice with no response. I ended up getting one myself.
I understand staffing is an issue but don't risk a child's safety to make a dollar.
Love the crystal pool, is filled with ice cold water. Rides/food are fantastic, no admittance fee to amusement park. Very family oriented. Recommend you try this place.
Great pool in a great park. The water was actually a refreshing temperature instead of the ice water I remembered as a child. The rock fountain is a fantastic place to stand under. The metal slides within the pool are great but can get slippery. I diving boards are fun. There's two sets of water slides, I enjoyed the tube slides. At $8 admission it's very affordable. $1 per slide or a combo swim and slide for $13.50. You can get a free locker with admission. My only complaint is that the string on the locker key came undone and I had to retrieve it.
We were there tuesday august 10 at the pool and one of the lifeguards was asleep during her shift and I mean she wasn't just nodding in and out she was full asleep. This is a very serious job kids use those slides and anything can happen in a blink of and eye. I Message privately with proof (pics) and all they said they would look into it but never got back to me or saw them post anything about it
Awesome pool to relax on a hot summer day. Friendly and courteous staff. Life guards are amazing. Only pet peeve is having the basketball net on the upper deck. It should be moved in back by the concession stand
Just wish they finally open all rides and attractions.been going here for years as well.and certain rides are never available. Perks: Affordable and Clean!
Inclement weather, Park opened, pool closed! FALSE ADVERTISING! Sign: Park & Pool open DAILY! Lies, lies, lies.
Clean and crisp. Not many chairs but rent out for five bucks each. Needs a basketball hoop in water and a few more features to modernize it. Overall fun and inexpensive.
You to hire adults not young adults. They're always more worried about how they look then watching the pool. I Witness a child drown summer 2019.honestly don't want to bring my child here. After watching the child who was drowning throw up in the pool.then watching them net.out the some.chunks. Seems like the pool is going down.hill
I would definitely give 5 stars if the water wasn't that cold! Even for the kids, it took them 5 good minutes to get in! And they generally don't mind the water temperature. The water park is nice, the slides are lots of fun and there's a splash area for the little ones.
Huge pool! 3 ft and up. Several diving boards at various heights. Slides throughout the pool its self and 2 different water slides for older kids/ adults. Plenty of benches to sit, also offers chair and umbrella rentals.
Kiddie splash park area is fun for the toddlers and pre school ages. There are tables there for families to sit and watch. Also life vests available for all kids.
Prices are cheaper then day passes at swim clubs.
Love the pool. Just wish there was a resolution for the deck going from the locker rooms to the pools. It always gets so hot that your feet get sore from it getting so hot on a nice day.
