Bought a brand new 2021 Expedition there back in June. Only dealership I EVER bought a truck or car that they ADDED $2500 to the car? Called it a market adjustment? This was a $75,000 vehicle and then they added another $2500 because they had it. Didn’t have to order it it was there. I call that greed and price fixing. I called Ford motor company and told them. They nonchalantly advise me to go on and bash them on a review rather than take a stand. Although they said they don’t agree with it they really can’t do that much about it. Rest assured it will be the last car that we ever buy from Kock and I’ll make sure that everyone knows what kind of game they played. We will be dealing with Ray Price from here out and and also for all our service. Then they were all excited about giving us the keys after they increased the truck above and beyond the normal fat profit they made on this luxury truck. For a local dealer I was surprised and disgusted. I bought a brand new Dodge 2500 at Reagle Dodge and got the normal $8k off invoice a month before. Make sure ya read the sticker because at that time I also saw a Powerstroke on the lot marked up $15,000. YES YOU READ CORRECTLY. Let that sink in

This was one of the worst experiences for service I have ever encountered! They sent me a video of my inspection. The tech was yawning while talking on the video. They said I needed wipers for inspection to pass. Which added about 86$ to my bill. The worst part was that I dropped off the vehicle with 12 miles worth of gas knowing I would stop on my way home to fill up. Pulled out and my car had 1 mile of gas. I scrambled on my phone to find the nearest gas station! BARELY MADE IT. Won't be going back!

The sales management staff is the biggest bunch of scam artist on the planet. You have to be crazy to buy are car off these people.

Truck has been in for repairs three times for the same problem. Each time we were told it was fixed. We just had the same problem come up for a fourth time and are only hoping it will finally be fixed. We thought about a trade and the used car manager offered us $5000 for a $20k truck. Insulting, especially if they never fixed the problem they say that dropped the trucks value. There is more than one ford dealer within a fifty mile radius or I guess they forgot this.

Extremely satisfied. Service was started on time and completed as promised. The entire staff is a pleasure to deal with.
