18Honestly say a unique experience! In a year (23) that was difficult to get exactly what you wanted, they where only one of two dealers that even offered me the option to order what I wanted! All others should learn from there standard.
I have been in the car business for around 20 years. I am always skeptical of traditional car dealerships, but Koch 33 is a dealership that is fair and reasonable to deal with. I was looking for a particular car and bought in August.
I traveled over 2 hours away to purchase this vehicle from them although I had other options. The reason I traveled this far was to work with HENRY my salesperson, Adam the finance manager, and Zack the sales manager. Bob the general manager put a fine team together.
I initially spoke with Zack over the phone, to make sure the car i wanted was in stock, and that there were no hidden fees in my deal which I had found out were in the other deals at other dealerships nearby. I arrived and Henry had my car ready, Henry was really the salesperson who sold me the car. Finally, I didn't think I would have problems with getting the deal done but I have a few hiccups on my credit. Andrew worked his magic and made the deal better than expected. Finally, I had some extra paperwork that needed to be done and this is why I waited to write this review. These guys hit it out of the ballpark.
The professionalism, friendliness, and patience of the staff was excellent. The deal was fair and reasonable and absolutely worth the extra drive to this particular dealership. If you have to choose, drive a little further to get your deals done with Henry, Zack and Adam.
Jake Rapsinski and Mike Haney were wonderful to work with. Easy car purchasing experience.
The staff is friendly and knowledgable, and helped us to get the best all around deal. They have a good inventory, and we were grateful to get the vehicle we wanted as soon as possible. Timely communication helped us pick up our new car shortly after it arrived at the dealer. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
This is my second car purchase from this franchise and again, I’m waiting 5+ hours to sign 10 minutes worth of paper work. Thanks for the approval and the help getting a car but i feel like I wasted 90% of my day
This is the second Toyota I have bought from Koch. I really like their sales team. They are personable and work to find the right car for you. Adam was our salesperson and he killed it. I appreciate his patience and hard work. Thanks again!
My Highlander had a bad toyota battery so I called Koch 33 they said that I still have warranty on the battery since it's been replaced 5 years ago by them (also on battery it says warranty 84 months) so schedule the date to stop by to replace it.
Got in to service and they tell me that it's only covered 25% of the new battery and will cost me after 25% drop price $193, That is a SCAM not a warranty. John Lehr assistan service adviser did explain how there warranty is, I tried to speak to Kaitlyn Kinney Manager service she barely wanted talk to me she said that's the policy and you can more then welcome to take your car elsewhere and walked away. I didn't finish talking to her.
I didn't expect this from Manager she cared less about losing customers.
It sad being Toyota fan and treated this way.
Toyota if you keep up in this direction of service and warranty scams, soon people will start going to your competitors.
Working with this dealership as a whole was a pleasurable experience. My salesman Jake was great and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle there.
Our sales person Yordan, was great to work with, as well as everyone through the process. The only thing buying a car is a very lengthy process consuming your entire day, between all the back in fourth on trade in value a through signing the paperwork and going over everything in the car before leaving. Otherwise it is was great service from everyone. Grateful for all the help.
Salesman Mitch was great! Don't be afraid to buy a car from him. However, their detailing dept is kinda sloppy. Car wasn't cleaned as well as you'd expect buying it from a big dealership.
Very nice experience. Had to work during the day, but my family previewed some of the vehicles, and the staff was wonderful. My husband and son picked a vehicle, but when I arrived, I wanted a RAV4. Sales rep Norman Munoz was very helpful and accommodating and I purchased the vehicle I wanted. Aaron Knecht was wonderful getting our insurance coverage as insurance was closed after 5: 00pm. I recommend this dealership.
Koch 33 Toyota has been good to me; I have purchased two Camrys. The sales rep, Alex, was knowledgeable in regard to the most complex aspects of motor vehicles, all of which have become increasingly complex. I enjoy a sales rep who really knows his cars and who actually helps the consumer in making an informed decision.
The entire staff was polite and the service department is truly a breath of fresh air. Again knowledgeable service writers and first class technicians. Yes this is one of the two dealers from whom I purchase cars here in the Easton/Lehigh Valley region.
I was sold a car with very obvious drainage issues. Every time it rains, my car door fills with water internally. There are many posts online about others experiencing this with their Toyotas as well. To even submit a warranty request, that would require for them to charge me a “$190 diagnostic fee”…
Hands down the BEST experience purchasing a RAV4 through Koch 33 Toyota. Amazing deals all around! A huge thank you to Nolan our sales rep for being so helpful during this process. I will now recommend them to everyone I know looking for a car. Thank you again Koch 33 Toyota, I love my new rav4.

I have a Camry 2016. Poor Service! Fake customer services. I have an appointment for At 7: 30am for filter and oil change. The Advisor Never called you me. I called service desk 5 times. I have a child that is 2 years old and i needed my car. I don’t trust Koch toyota 33.
Adam was absolutely wonderful. He found me exactly what I needed, handled my trade in extremely fast and professionally. He answered all my questions and then some!
