17Great service. The sales was knowledgeable and helped use pick out the exactly what color we were looking for to tie the design of the kitchen together.
Horrible experience, I purchased a new wash machine and after only two years it broke. I went there and told them I needed it to be serviced and it still was still covered under the warranty, they told me I was on the schedule, but the schedule is whenever they feel like calling you, I work full time and if they call while I’m working, to bad. My washer has now bin broken over 6 weeks now, completely frustrating. Will never purchase anything from them again, when my washer broke I was actually looking at buying a new refrigerator from them but now I will take my business somewhere else!
Make sure this place is not on the list for your warranty repairs.i just moved into a new home in july and already having issues with my jenn air, the previous owners bought from this place. The women whom picked up said they are not a scheduled business only day to day, so expect to be waiting for a call the day before to get your appliances fixed.my stove is a safety problem and there are 100s waiting she said.smh it's been almost a month. I'm NOT sure how they stay open. I support small businesses BUT NOT THIS ONE. I had to let them know this could be a law suit and it's noted with jenn air.
Terrible scheduling policy. They scheduled an appointment WITHOUT consulting me and then blamed me for the cancellation because I was unavailable for a day THEY selected. They are not customer-oriented and DOES NOT ADHERE TO THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS DATES!
Anytime I need warranty work done, the person that does the schedule is rude.

"Well that's what you get from buying from a big business. "
"You are not our customer so you are not a priority".
This was not the first time she was like this. If you don't purchase from them, good luck getting any warranty work done.
While I normally do buy from small business, circumstances prevented it at the time.
When our microwave stopped working this is the first place we went and picked up a new one on the spot. Service was fast and polite.
Knowledgeable, service professionals. Blows away the big box stores. If you're one that believes you're getting a better deal at Lowes or Home Depot your being fooled. The service, delivery, installation, warranty are covered in 1 number. This business is top notch.
Whether its A/C laundry equipment.or Refridgetator the have you covered. From the front desk to repair techs.just top notch!
I walked into the store carry the wire harness, range plug and another part I have no idea what it’s called, was greeted by three wonderful women offering to help me. I explained what happened to my range and the problem I was having with Whirlpool. Two gentlemen came up to the desk took my parts and within twenty minutes or so had fixed the burned wires on the harness, gotten a replacement part (for the piece I don’t know the name of) a new range cord and I was on my way. I’ve haven’t received that kind of customer service or dealt with such nice, friendly and helpful people in some time now! I can not recommend them enough - from now on I know where I’ll be replacing appliances or calling for service on my existing appliances. Thank you so much!
Wonderful people to deal with. For a next appliance which will be a dishwasher I will be going back.
Amazing service. On time, they showed up the next day. Very knowledgeable technician. He found the problem within 5 minutes.
If you need appliances, this is the place to go. They install and take out you old. They were in and out in mins.
Rudest service (or lack of) EVER! I’m having issues with my GE washer. GE scheduled a repair person from Koch’s to come out to service my appliance. I received a call from an EXTREMELY rude woman at Koch’s who told me they are too busy for me and to call the place I purchased the appliance, even though I told her the place I purchased the appliance does not service GE appliances. I had my husband call her back and she told him they never intended on sending a service person out to us. I will be sure not to do business with this rude company, ever!
1 month outside of warranty on equipment that they personally “refurbished and guaranteed, ” and Koch’s wants $250 to replace a $20 heating element. They screamed over the phone when we asked them to try and work with us! Great way to treat a family expecting their second child in less than a month! Do yourself a favor, and shop elsewhere.
I just had a dryer installation, preceded by a washer installation. First class consumer experience both times. Mrs. Koch was knowledgeable and professional, Callie and Chris, the technicians, were patient, thorough and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone requiring appliance installation.
As a first time customer, we had a fantastic experience with their service when our refrigerator stopped running. Vinnie was able to correctly diagnose our problem over the phone, based on our symptoms, and showed up quickly with the part, fixing our refrigerator and saving our food. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We are thankful for their quick response and work ethic.
Just bought a dryer yesterday. Such great service. They Install and deliver! I will definitely recommend them anytime I know somone who needs an appliance. The store is very clean as well. They definitely made a long term customer out of me. Couldn't be anymore happier! Thank you Koch's!
