VERY RUDE employee yelled at my 16 year old daughter for accidentally dropping a shirt and my daughter offered to pick it up and continued yelling at my daughter. Should be fired! Nasty attitude

Love their merchandise. But thought they were open till 10: 00 pm.were chased out at 9 pm. Only had time to buy 1 pair of shorts. Disappointed

Great deals and decent selection. Unfortunately, I left my jacket in the fitting room. Came back a few hours later, once I realized it was gone. Stacy, I believe her name was, tried to help me find it in the changing room and somewhere behind customer service. The jacket is gone, but I appreciate she took the time to try to help me.

I was able to purchase what I went there for. Nice sell of sizes. However. There was only one register open and a long line of customers impatiently waiting to pay for their items. This should not occur at 4: 30 in the afternoon.

Large Kohls, low selection. Store looked great. In store Sephora was disappointing when I asked the Cust.service person for a Sephora line Perfume, she never heard of it made no effort to look it up, and tried to make ME THINK I was thinking of sonething else. NO I asked for PHLORIA. Not ok.the duo cashiers who checked out my $300+ purchase wwre aggressive about me getting their credit card so I could save. When I politely declined I got a not so nice ". Then your GOING to pay this.and they told me my total " I have always liked Kohls stores, so I will return.but FIX Yourselves.also #Sephora check who is selling your products for you!

Nice place it's lot better than Walmart friendly very clean really don't go there much just when I need to pick up a present but they are the first place I go to like I said very nice very clean very friendly

Looked at wash cloths on sale. Many had tags with price, however, when checking with price checker it showed original price $2 more then the sticker price attached. Pointed it out to sales associate who was as confused as me.

Went in to look for sneakers and it was an absolute wreck. I understand things happen but it looked like no one had walked the section in a week. No employees to be found besides one talking on his cell phone while putting things out in another section and a woman that turned around and booked it when we went to ask for help.

I was shopping in your store on 10/12 and I had the pleasure of meeting Linda she is the best customer service representative that l have dealt with. I asked her if she liked working at Kohl and with a smile on her face she answered yes with much she had all positive things to say about working there. I only have her as Linda if you know who she is she get a big kudos from me.

Nice staff and real clean store always can find what I need and great for that last-minute gift I seem to be looking for.

Don't go near closing on a holiday. Too many customers with problems at register. Spent more time in line. Prices are inflated to make you think you getva sale. They still have last years winter clearance and they raised the prices

I went to Kohl's to return something in the Amazon return desk. I believe his name was Andrew and he provided great customer service. I then found a pair of slippers on the 70% off rack. They had no price tag on them so I took them up to customer service and was told that they're buy 1 get 1/2 off not 70% off. Not sure why it was on there unmarked.

So convenient for returns from Amazon and they even give you 5.00 in cash just for returns. Great store guality and prices.
