Kohl's, Williamsport PA

Went there just to take a look at the store and the items on sale, and got me a nice Adidas sneakers with a good discount!

Kohl's is one of the best places i have shopped at such as in store and online. I have experienced awesome customer service at a Kohl's store when I have had to be at the store to return a item to and it was politely handled and I appreciate it. I love some of the items I have purchased from Kohl's as they have been fantastic quality items so thank you for helping us have some fantastic quality items available to help us how you can. I hope you have amazing futures ahead of you how I mean.

Went there to do some school shopping for my daughter. I asked 2 workers for help. Point me in the direction of the juniors for shorts and what not. Both were no help with attitudes. No help at all.

The staff here are great and always go out of their way to help when they can! I recently had a family emergency, where I wasn’t able to make it into the store to get the back back I wanted/ needed before the coupon expire, and I called and explained my situation, and they were glad to help! They still honored my coupon, and I went in that very day and got the backpack I wanted! It was a much needed happy moment in a week of a lot of stress. Thank you to the people at khols!

Had some nice clothes at decent prices, but the Williamsport Kohl's had a nicer selection and a bigger selection, at least in the men's department.

My wife and I went here to shop for maternity clothes. When we asked we got told to go to this section. First off it's 3 foot wide and all the clothes were for little women. When I asked if there was anything else I got "we'll no but you can shop online". If I wanted to shop online I wouldn't have come in. Next time I'll shop online.somewhere else!

Very nice employees. Renewed my old card and rewards. Manager (Dan?), very pleasant fixing an issue for me.

Not many choices in Williamsport. Kohls helps but honestly not much variation. Everything is catered to one particular trend. If you need generic, bland choices. Kohl's is there. Not much sophistication but better than Target.

Always manage to spend a few hundred dollars, when having gone in to buy one thing. Though their inventory could use a little more options; I still enjoy purchasing name brand clothing from here.

Evil. Kohls banks on americans forgetting to pay on their kohls charge account so they make it impossible to setup autopay! Watch out people, I’ve been trying for months but get rerouted every time. Warning! Don’t get a kohls credit card if you’re busy and forgetful like every other American!

I love shopping here. It’s a great environment and ai find good quality items at decent prices.

Clean and organized retail section. Good sales values can be found. Courteous sales persons.

LOVE Kohl's. Decent sale prices, and nice staff. Although, there was a special needs cashier, the manager yelled at her in front of customer's. Very unprfessional.
