Excellent selection as well as frequent discounts (cant remember the last time I Didnt get at least 20% off!) Cashiers are friendly and you can even return any amazon purchases you made here

Great customer service, but certain items are way overpriced. For example, a roller carry on suitcase cost $160-$250 at Kohls and only $50 at Costco. So do your homework before shopping.

I picked up an order and returned an Amazon purchase. Kohl's is partnering with Amazon to return item's you didn't want. They are very efficient. You don't even have to box the items. They take care of that for you.

Horrible customer service! Do not waste your time or money shopping there. Very unprofessional and was referred to as "that woman" and not "the customer". Thank god I have another Kohl's nearby that have exceptionally great customer service.

The store has been in this location for a number of years and has well priced clothing and accessories as well as toys and a selection of housewares. It is a good place to stop by for a quick shopping trip.

Small Store Not Easy to See from Road, Clean, Decent Prices, Great Sales, Public Bathrooms, Easy Parking, Lots of Ongoing Construction near Parking Lot as they Rebuild the Area - Lots of New Stores Popping Up!

I had not been to this Kohl's in a number of years but they are still a good choice for department store type products. The sales are still as good as they used to be when I regularly shopped here.

What's available here: Quality clothing for the whole family at reasonable prices, household supplies (pet supplies, cleaning supplies, health and beauty aids) and a fair number of food supplies.
PARKING is ample and free. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Home goods and wear section seems to be the best. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable. Hours are very convenient.

Very friendly staff and good quality items at a great value. It is always a pleasure to shop at Kohl's, and Kohl's has come to the rescue many times when I needed something in a pinch. There return policy and Kohl's Cash are two other reasons we find ourselves continuing to go back and shop at Kohl's.

Purchase bathing suit, not a great sale selection sucked, one Bathing suit had a dirty crouch and was on rack for sale.becareful! Very disgusting. Made s staff aware did not ask which suit. Made different purchase as leaving store theft device was not removed. I stood at the door 5 mins all bell and whistles going off not one person came to see if I had stolen item.walked over to cashier and let her know device was not removed from item. With recite in hand it was removed.

Good selection of apparels. Good service. The surrounding site including where Granite Run Mall used to be located is being developed to a modern town center. This will be a mutual benefit.

I love the store I can always find something in the athletic department that's practical and stylish. I love the fact that they sell under armor now.

Store is a little bigger than the 1 closer to me. Bc the store is bigger, there is more selection but its a little longer to get to. Theres alot of construction so you really have to be careful. Workers are pleasant.

The mall is pretty accessible by public transport. The deals at this Kohl's are totally awesome; it has some of the best deals on men's shoes.

Your typical kohl's chain. Nothing sets this one apart from the rest. Staff was plesant and helpful
