Employees are rude. And be careful and watch for signs. If you cut a tree in the wrong spot you end up paying 4 times the cost of the tree. So I our case the cost was 320.00 because we didn't see the sign.should be larger and more signs. Also never put the hole in the bottom nor did they even the bottom

Purchased a Blue Spruce for $70 less than a week ago, only to discover it’s dying from Cytospora canker disease. I called to discuss options and they were not willing to do anything about it because “it was alive when it left here”. I am assuming that they know their trees have this fungus and will continue to sell them under their “all sales final” policy. Save yourself the headache and go to another farm.

I got a tree there. I asked for some greens saying I did not care how they looked. I just wanted to put in a small tub on the porch. Woman told me they are not bundled yet. I explained I would not care and would buy just some branches. She refused. I saw a man taking up a truck load of scrappy greens to dump in a pile. I asked if I could buy some as it was a long drive and I bought a tree. He refused. He told me I would have to wait when they were all bundled and to come back. Terrible customer service and very rude. I will not go back. Lost that sale and future sales.

All the new reviews say the same thing and their all true. 20 bucks for a Christmas ornament and if you want the box you have to buy it. The trees are trash you would find a better tree going out in the woods. So many rules posted all over the place. Another 5 years and they will be out of business.

First and last time going here, only tried it because I was going to McClellan's in Middleburg and they're closing. It's a huge lumpy hill to trek just to see trees that are either small, way too big, or bare. Not to mention the actual variety of species is extremely small. The price was outrages, and they have signs everywhere about "not cutting the top off your trees" so they can nickel and dime you by charging you for an extra foot that you would normally cut off. Very, VERY dissatisfied.

No Douglas Fur under 12 feet or you will be charged 4 TIMES the amount! Signs are outdated and don't say the correct price. Owner will threaten you with calling the State Police. Overall ruined our family tradition on picking out our own tree and we won't be back. Do yourselves a favor put the extra money in your gas tank and go elsewhere. Prices are outrageous.

$70 for a diseased tree and they will not do anything for return or exchange. All the needles are falling off and will be bare by next week if not sooner. Started off with a little white spot on a branch when we cut it down and now it's all over the trunk. Also, these trees are NOT pruned or taken care of. Creeper vines and sticker bushes growing all up through them. STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT A QUALITY TREE! Worst customer service ever.

The people were nice, but they weren’t very helpful. The quality of the trees really sucked. We walked the hill to find nothing. Everything was either really bare or extremely short and fat. The one tree we agreed to get was an already precut 7ft tree (the only decent one we could find) but it wasn’t labeled with what kind so we went off the chart and well after checking out the tree ended up being 30 dollars more than expected. Now we were okay with spending the extra 30 but we were just surprised since there were no signs. I’m not saying don’t go to them just except to figure stuff out yourself! Merry Christmas

It's a very steep hill to walk up to get a tree to find a very bare tree. They were planted way too close together and stopped producing needles on two sides of the trees. Very picked through. I walked 35 acres in the rain to find NOTHING. Every time I thought I saw one.walked up closer to find at least 1 bare side if not two. Not worth the trip.

Very unprofessional. While I was looking at purchasing a tree today there was a lady with 2 small children being harassed over 1inch of tree height, the owner was trying to charge her close to $400 because the tree was 7'10" instead of 8" after it was cut. I sincerely hope this place had to shut its doors.

Extremely large selection of Christmas ornaments which are well arranged and beautifully displayed

Our first and last time at this place. Poor selection of trees at this point.signs all over that "no douglas fir to be cut less than 8 ft or you'll be charged 4 times the normal price". As most places I assume this year - very high prices compared to other years. Not an easy place to get around- hilly and paths not mowed well. Staff member had to ask me what variety I had selected! Lots of rules and not a very accommodating or friendly place. MORE - when I placed the tree on our standard stand it turns out the hole they bored (and reamed) is too large and tree wobbles terribly. Had to drive a piece of branch into the hole to tighten the stand. Good lord!
