25One of my favorite places to shop! Always friendly service, usually more than enough associates on the sales floor. Are very good with order online/pick up in store orders. Fitting rooms are neat & clean.
My experience with customer service was abysmal. I was sold a defective product and it took me a trip to the store, an online chat session, and a call from a customer service rep to try to get a replacement. And no, the issue was never resolved. I just got my money back. I'll probably avoid shopping at Kohl's from now on.
The sales people and the cashier were really nice when I bought the things I came for though.
Shopping for Christmas presents today. Pleasantly surprised to find out I still got Black Friday prices.
Store is always clean. They have name brand clothes at great prices and great deals with their coupons.
Kohl's stores do not honor on-line pricing. Very dissatisfied. A customer since they have opened. May think twice about shopping there.
