Kolb Law Office, Oakmont PA

It's been 2 years since my hand was amputated and I reached out to this law firm. It's upsetting because I wasn't aware the process takes this long. I see other people's claims being granted much faster and they don't have have an amputation, just depression. (which I also have). It seems this firm is doing their best but sometimes I feel forgotten about

Forgot to put in key info in my case, never talked to me personally, had me argue my own case, then gaslit me about ever having the info and that the court wouldn't need it.

James Kolb stayed in touch with me, and the calmness he had in his approach and mannerisms assured me I had chosen the right people, although I was initially had another Firm in mind! It was James Kolb, who saw my name come through the System- and he asked me if I still needed a Lawyer? He said, to me we will give you our undivided attention to your Case- because this is the only thing we do in this Office! There were days I couldn't think straight because I was sleep deprived due to the condition. But it was James Kolb that helped me connect the dots. He'd always let me know, of what would happen next, and approximately how long. He would always end the conversation with further instructions, or a follow up date for us to check back for updates. This was 2019, and it's now 2022. (review #2) and he is still #1 in my Reference Book! I spoke with his Mom, Ruth Kolb, when everything was finalized and commended her for teaching him well on how to do great Business, that will ultimately keep your Name out there among the Populations!

This was not the first office I contacted but it was the first office to make me feel actually cared about.
