1.high rents considering the location. You can find apartments much closer to ritten house for these rents
2. Slow elevators, very slow
3. They will purposefully lie about parking situation. You won’t get parking for a year in building and surrounding private garages are full too. I pay 400 for parking and park half a mile away
5. No garbage disposal in kitchen sink, get ready to use your hand if you cook
6. Centrally controlled ac.heats and cools to odd temperature … that may not suit all tenants
Unless you work in the nearby hospital, look else where. You can find better apartment with movein special, pool for less. 1500 locust is one of them but there are several

Toured with Dylan today. He's an absolute all star. Went above and beyond to ensure we had all of our questions answered and showed us all he could in the building. Will keep the Pepper Building in mind when moving to Philly.

The Pepper building was a great place to live. The location was perfect - very close to the restaurants near Rittenhouse while also in a very spacious spot. It's also the best place in the area to live when you have a dog! We're really going to miss the great views of our apartment and the convenience of all of the amenities of the apartment building.

I lived at the Pepper Building for 3 1/2 years and have nothing but wonderful things to say about living there. It's the best location, beautiful units, and awesome amenities. It is so convenient to have a concierge, fitness room, printers, and more. Also, the Pepper Building occasionally hosts events with food and activities. Maintenance is always on it, and super efficient. Great, great place to live!
