My wife purchased me a new wedding band some years ago from Koser Jewelers. Recently I lost the diamond, was not interested in replacing the diamond and Matthew suggested we might want to have the goldsmith fill in the hole with 14k gold and match the 2 small design lines around the entire ring. The goldsmith did a perfect job and ring looks better than new. We had said we would like the ring by next Friday, and the goldsmith just happened to be in the office and did the work same today. I have been here many times and each time everyone is so helpful and welcoming. They have been very good with my children as well. They provide different ranges of services and products. I have bought jewelry, had custom jewelry made, got permanent jewelry, and ears pierced here. A great higher end yet community jewelry store. I will always recommend them. I've been a long-time customer of Koser's and have always enjoyed working with Randy and his staff. Recently, I asked them to custom design a piece for me. Ben, the designer, knocked it out of the park! It captured all the sentiments that I had expressed to them during the design process and the finished piece was absolutely gorgeous. Maddie was amazing to work with. She made my transaction super easy and helped my dad surprise my mom with her original wedding band set looking better than it did the day they got married 42 years ago! The set was missing a few small diamonds, the bands were both extremely worn and they needed to be resized. Would recommend going to Kozer’s!

They're quick to fix any problems and make sure your jewelry is well taken care of over the years. They're also very responsive and helpful if you have a custom project in mind as well. I worked with LaRue for my custom anniversary band, and she helped me bring my vision to life when I wasn't 100% sure of what I wanted. Can't recommend them enough!

Matt and Ben were so professional and easy going when I brought my daughter in to get her ears pierced for her birthday. They made her feel special and kept her calm as she anticipated the piercing process. It was seamless and quick but the service and level of care and attention was top notch. And if it couldn’t get better, Matt looked at my wedding rings and offered solutions to mending my 1800s vintage emerald engagement ring. I had no idea that Koser offers so many services! Not only did I get my rings polished but I left my ring in the care of Ben who reassured me that he could bring it back to life as good as new! I’m looking forward to the results and will continue to trust Koser Jewelers with all of my precious jewelry needs and excited about doing some custom jewelry as well! We will be back soon!
