George in Dunmore is absolutely fantastic! He went above and beyond to help my wife out today with her car and tires. You have earned our business for life. Thanks to all the guys there for being such a honest and capable shop.

My fiancé had a flat tire and brought his car in that afternoon and within no time George took care of everything! Amazing customer service and an amazing mechanic! You have a real winner with that guy!

Great place! I've been coming here for Years. The entire work staff and mechanic are Honest and straight forward. They will always try to help you out or give advice on alternative solution. I won't take my car anywhere else but here.

Went for oil change 90$ for full synthetic i didnt curse them out i said no ty as they try to insult me not knowing i have been a mechanic longer then they have been sitting on their butts i calmly walked out went to JUICE AUTOMOTIVE GOT IT DONE 50$ FULL SYNTHETIC AND FREE COFFEE GET THIS THEY WHERE CLOSING WHEN I PULLED UP!

They charged more than they quoted me. They did not rotate my tires but called asking me to add more services. Not pleased with my experience in this place and I will never give them anymore of my money

Terrible business I say. Needed tire changed do to driving on a donut. No concerns of customer safety nor really interested in business. As long they make their daily profit why assist anymore customers?

Had a screw in my tire and just needed a plug. 5 minute job. They told me come back tomorrow. Arrived next day and was told they weren’t sure they could get to it. I guess unless your buying 4 new tires they could care less about anyone just needing a small favor. These people are annoying.

Took our Jeep here to get an alignment. We were told we needed a control arm replacement before it could be aligned. We were quoted an astronomical price and said no way. Took it to a local garage, and it turns out we didn’t even need the control arm replaced. Be careful! Clearly, some rogue people here will gouge you even if management doesn’t want them to do so.

Love Kost tire. Reps are knowledgeable and friendly. Have always helped me out in a pinch. Purchased a few sets of tires from them and always had great experiences.

This place is unprofessional. They hide behind “morality” and “family values” while discriminating against certain groups of customers and making them feel unwelcome. People rely on Kost Tire & Auto Service to keep their vehicles safe and road-ready, however, their lack of good business ethics discourages people from getting that level of assistance on a fair and open basis. It’s dangerous, and again, it is unethical. I wonder how many customers in emergency situations they may have turned away because they weren’t the “right kind” of customer. Again, for emphasis: I do not recommend this location of Kost Tire & Auto Service. I don’t write completely negative reviews, this will be my first and hopefully only example of one.
