Kovatch Collision Center, Nesquehoning PA

I recently had an unfortunate encounter with a deer on the road one night and my insurance company directed me to Kovatch. First off, I need to mention that Debbie that works the counter is a saint. She greeted me, asked me how I was doing after the encounter and provided reassurance. She got everything in order quickly and even took care of calling enterprise for me and She stayed in contact with me throughout the entire repair process. The car repair was a large job but completed quickly despite the recent nationwide delays in car parts. Communication was excellent. Overall very pleased with the service and would highly recommend Kovatch to anyone in need of repairs.

Does anybody know how much they charge for your car sitting I haven’t gone there yet but when I do drop it off I won’t have the money right away so I wanted to know if anybody knows how much it cost a day

I was a previous employee, and return here for work to be done on my own car! They are the only place I trust to fix my vehicle properly!

Customer service is horrible. I call them ask them if they could help me. My problem was the sunroof was leaking due to a blocked drain. They said no problem bring it down Monday. And they could work on it. I brought it down Monday. Like scheduled. They never even looked at the truck. When I got there that afternoon before closing time. I asked if they looked at it, and they said no. They also inform me that the outsourced that type of work. I think it would have been good if they just would have been more honest with me and told me that the outsources to work. And that they wouldn't get to the work on Monday. At that point I just asked my keys back. I would never bring my car here again. I don't know what other people's experience was at this place. But I would not recommend this to anybody

Very friendly staff. Excellent quality of work. Service exceeded all my expectations. By far the best experience i have ever had with any body shop or collision center.

My car was towed at the end of January, and I still haven't gotten it back yet. I called the shop today, and the secretary answered, "Oh, I'm surprised to hear from you. I didn't know we still had your car. " This was really hard to hear.

FOR REFERENCE About five weeks ago, I previously had called to check on progress, and the technician said they had not begun working on it. He assured me it would be about 3 weeks.

When the secretary returned to the phone, she said, "I'm sorry. Your technician is out sick, and I don't have an estimated date of completion. There was a lot of damage to your vehicle. "

The mixed messages are very disappointing. I was not even offered a rental car. Clearly the people running this place are not concerned whether or not you can live your life without a car. I am in the process of trying to find someone that will help me drive sometime this year.

Someone close to me but does have an online presence had work here done. Hos words. Fantastic!

First off, I called over two weeks ago. I left a message, I never got a return call. I then called back and was told that they were going to charge me $100 for doing an estimate on my car for hail damage. Estimates are part of doing business. This was per Scott, I was seriously blown away. I will never do business with this place.

Dropped my car off on Monday with front end damage. Had it back Friday. It looks perfect! Can't even tell there was ever damage! They did an amazing job. Went above and beyond to make sure I was kept up to speed on the progress. Couldn't say much better about this place!

Brought my vehicle here 2 times after unfortunate situations with animals and it was a great experience like new and on time repairs

THE BEST COLLISION CENTER PERIOD! I stopped by for an estimate because some lady backed into me at a grocery store. I worked with Cody and he was awesome. He was thorough in explaining the repair process and expected time to get my car back to me, currently I got to wait on insurance company to get back to me but will def bring my business there!

It absolutely refreshing to do business with a company that excels at both of these aspects. The repair work was phenomenal. I was truly impressed. Besides that, their professionalism, courtesy and attentiveness blew me away! From the time that I walked in, to the time our business was concluded, the atmosphere remained pleasant and welcoming.

I'd like to especially thank Mike who was down to earth, patient and worked with me. Mike proved to be a man of his word. I cannot forget Ashley, whose smile brightened the room. She was an absolute delight; knowledgeable and attentive service! You guys really have it together up there!
