Mike and Chris were the friendliest service people to work on my home in my 36 years of living here. They were very through on their explanations and workmanship.

If you want prompt, professional, and expert service, Kowall Electric is who you should call for ALL your electrical service. It only took 2 days for Mike and Chris arrive at my home. I was having problems with my outdoor security cameras and lights. Within 1 1/2 hours, they diagnosed the problem and I was up and running. Before they began, I was explained what they will be doing and the cost. NO SURPRISES. This wasn't the first time I used them and it won't be the last. Thanks Kowall for my security

Yikes! I found myself in need of a licensed electrician right before the holidays. We lost all electricity in our home and we were especially upset due to the lack of heat. After reviewing several companies in the area, Kowall Electric seemed to be the most prominent one in the area. So I called the company for service and within an hour, I was contacted by the owner, Greg.
I explained the problem and Greg said since he considered the situation an emergency, he would schedule a visit ASAP to assess the condition and get the job scheduled quickly. What a relief! The lines of communication remained open during the entire process and was very much appreciated. To make a long story short, the main breaker panel needed to be replaced with a complete grounding system/ a seal and caulk meter socket followed by drywall to finish the job. The area was left clean and tidy. The workers were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend Kowall Electric. I could not finish this review without mentioning the obvious level of your dedication for actually working after dark on a Friday night in order to get the job completed; so we could have heat again! Thank you.

What I appreciated the most was after their initial inspection of my home Mike not only reviewed the information with me he was able to explain to me in layman's terms the reasoning for the items on the inspection list to be completed. Eric at Kowall and his boss are terrific. They-completed a rewiring of my comcast lines, installed a TV offer my Stoned fireplace and yesterday installed a.delicate of glass ceiling fan in my main living space. I can’t say enough of their professionalism and careful attention to detail. I will definitely have them back for more jobs.

This company was awesome, the 2 technicians Mike and Chris showed up with in an hour of me contacting them, and they were very knowledgeable, polite, and prompt, they explained everything step by step and was very clear on what was needed, what the issues were and what was causing them. There was so many issues that I thought the work would’ve taken way longer then they were here for. They were done in a timely manner, double checked their work and cleaned up well. Highly recommend them for any work.
