KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot reviews
20The food is all you can eat and you cook it yourself in the traditional style. There are no to go boxes so be sure to order what you can manage and don't be wasteful-come hungry!
Been here once before and I'd easily give it 5 stars.we loved it. The second time we came there was a significant difference in the quality of service. Our waiter was pretty absent and when we asked for additional broth, he came by with a thermos of murky water that really watered down and ruined the flavor of our Tom yum broth. The first time we came our waitress had replaced our broth entirely and we were able to make the most use of our time and money there. I really hope the service and quality of food stays consistently good even though we aren't sure if we will return after that last experience.
A fun experience but we weren’t crazy about the food. Felt like the type of thing you did once. We love Asian food but The Melting Pot is far superior if you’re looking for the cook your own food type of experience.
We had dinner here. And got the barbeque. It was 27.99 per person. Server for our table was not good. We have waited for so long when ask for meat and water. Also our table server never come to us i dont know why, we always ask from someone else. And they didnt have 2 sides of 4. For the side, they only had rice and popcorn chicken. We wanted to have hot pot also but they have only chicken, pork and vegetable broth.
4 stars! Would be 5 except you are not able to make reservations and the wait time is often over an hour after 3: 30 PM. Terrific selection of foods and sauces and attentive staff. The price is well worth the quantity of food you get. Full bar as well!
It was my first time at Kpot, and it was delicious! The amount of options they had for hot pot ingredients was great. The servers came over constantly to check on us, which is a big factor in the dining experience.
The one thing I didn’t like was that the sauce area is self serve. The clean sauce dishes are placed in a bus tub, and guests reach in to grab however many dishes they need. In an era with Covid, I do not think that this is particularly the best practice. Even without Covid, this is not sanitary and safe. The area was crowded with guests getting sauces and employees walking in and out of the kitchen.
It was more of the experience than anything! I think it’s too expensive for small cuts of meat and little vegetables but I enjoyed cooking on the grill. Save your money, don’t order drinks! Very stingy with the liquor! Don’t do the soup, it’s way too much to eat in the two hour window they give you! Can get really crowded with little social distance
Come hungry, leave wondering why you did this to yourself and when you're coming back to do it again.
In all seriousness the food was all delicious.
The speed they bring up the dishes are super fast. Excellent variety of both meat and veggies to choose from. Vibes are there. Based on how crazy the inflation is right now I think it’s honestly well priced.

Been to many Hotpot places along the east coast! Very inclusive and efficient staff, great broths, quick food prep. Good Soup
Love their food there fast and polite.
I would recommend coming here especially if your a seafood lover. I only had their barbecue option but I bet the hot pot is just as good I’ll try it next time I come.
Sorry I didn’t take good photos but I provided one at least.
I Made Reservations For My Birthday And I See That Everyone That Made Reservations Someone Sing Happy birthday But Of Course I Didn't Receive The Same Treatment I Had To Say Something And It Got Done But Not Like All The Other Guest No Bear And A Piece Of Cupcake The Size Of A Shot Glass
Geat experience but remember your cooking for yourself. Its a little pricey if you get the whole deal, I would recommend just getting the grill part of the deal.
Best experience ever and the food was beyond what I expected. We tried blood cakes and anything between! Will recommend anyone to try this place I know you will love it
Was told over there phone there were no reservations after 4. Walk-in asked we had a reservation told them no, then be told there's a 2 hour wait.
Only did kbbq but a very wide selection of meats with decent portion size. There is also a sauce bar that lets you mix your own. Overall pretty good for the price.
Had wonderful time here we had the all you can eat Korean BBQ. Which as of this writing is 28.99 a person. 5$ more a person if you want a hotpot. Staff was super friendly. Food was great our waiter would change out our stove if it was too burnt. The only thing I didn't care for was the mango long Island drink I purchased.
They also have kpop music playing but we were to far back to really hear it. Okay for me but my daughters really like kpop music. When we left at 8 on Tuesday there was a few groups waiting for table so they can get pretty crowded. They only take reservations for groups of 8 or more. Which reminds me we had a long booth and the stove is off center. The people on the inside cannot reach the stove without standing or leaning over the table. My daughter dipped her sleeve in one of our sauces trying to reach. We had to rearrange our seating to make it work for us.
Great experience. Way more food than I expected I should have started with less. Came with no reservations only waited about 45 minutes they text you when ready.
Amazing experience last night. I went here for my cousin's birthday. So glad we decided to ride out to Philadelphia Mills because the food was excellent. Service was top notch. Thanks to our server Jason. He kept the food flowing and was friendly. We arrived around 7: 30 on a Saturday evening. There was an 1.5 hour wait. Yikes. We waited at the game hall across the street. In my opinion added to our fun night. Once we were seated we got the run down and food just started coming out. It's really all you can eat ️. Everything was fresh and tasted to delicious. The bulgogi was excellent! I recommend getting the hot pot also. It added so much more food. The drinks were ok not bad plus I liked that they have a full service bar. Already planning our next visit. Word of advice: it can get a little warm near the grill and with the hot pot boiling away. Especially if you're eating the spicy options. Lots of sweating going on at our table. I did hear another table ask about the AC situation. This is a must try if you love Korean/Asian food or just for a new experience.
We've had Hung as our server multiple times now and it's a pleasure to be in his company. My girlfriend and I come here every other week from almost an hour away because we love it so much. Keep doing what you're doing and don't change a thing!
