Awful just plan awful never will I bring a load here even if these people’s jobs depended on it, they sure don’t care about me so never again you shouldn’t even get one star and they said that the yard goat will let you know when you’re done, well guess what he feel asleep and I waited an hour until I walked in and asked and all they did was rolled their eyes, never again

Been here an hour before appointment. 4 hours later I am still here. Haven't heard them enter my trailer once. Priority goes to drop trailers then daycabs then you.

Had appt for 1700 was able to check in and back in a door at 1430. Loaded and out by 1730. People were nice and friendly.

I lost my appt 7am.arrived 10: 30 am-12: 45pm empty.good company. NO OVERNIGHT PARKING! Even on the street!

Got me in a door early, checked in 1hr early, they started unloading early, only problem is there is no overnight parking, before or after your pick or delivery

Direction: - From Route 22 East or West bound take 512 North (also called center street), turn RIGHT on Broadhead Rd, follow to miller circle and turn LEFT. Go past the crayolla entrance and Americold is located at the end of the circle. They have clean restroom. Open 24 hour

Fast in and out for drop and hock don't try and stay they will give u a ticked if u do guard was on cell phone talking to a friend and not really doing job yard dog was more help then them

2 hours to unload is absolutely ridiculous appt was 7am I arrived at 630 and it’s 845 and they are still unloading me

The only reason why I gave them 2-stars is because I got put in a dock door as soon as I got here. And there’s plenty of room to back into the dock. I’ve been here since 8: 30am. My appt was at 10: 00am. I’m still waiting for the green light. Oh, it’s 12: 15pm as I’m writing this.

They take forever does not matter if on time or 5 minutes late they take the same amount of time to load/unload. FOREVERRRR.lol

I was late because Kraft in Springfield had to rework my load. They had me as a work in and I managed an 8 hour break. I just slept. I have no frame of reference if you're on time, only a work in. The people in the office were all nice though.

Great expirience come with 1 hour and 15 min earlier and they take me with no problems olso guard nice guy and reciving olso nice guy ;)

Very slow unloading my appointment was at 7am i got on dock at6: 20am now 1036am still not unloaded worse place for delivery if you have another pick up

Not too bad, usually reefer load 2-4 hours unloading, You can park in Opus way, 1-miles from Craft!

This place is sucks, the worst place to pick up a load.dont waste your time here.sucks, suck, suck! 5 to 8 hrs. - 10 star. Very rude people, unprofessional and racist yard joky.

The idea is don't be late for even 15 minutes,
Came late for 15 minutes they didn't take me, I am hear outside sitting until.

You can score parking on opus way like 3 blocks west from Kraft just stayed whole night no problems at all unload appointment 10am in 830 am out 1030am

Wasn't thrilled. Showed up on my delivery date 12 minutes late and turned me away wouldn't reschedule. Had to wait and be worked in the next day. Guard was rude as hell. Didn't even call receiving to see if I could get worked in.

-5 starts, SLOW, SLOW, SLOW unloading, in the door for over 6 hr and they still unloading, this place is a JOKE!
