My husband and I went into the store today and the service was amazing, Roberta and John were so helpful and was able to complete my order as to what I was looking for exactly.definitely will be doing more business with them in the future. I stopped in today because I got a new watch strap and unfortunately I didn’t have the proper tools to remove the old strap. Even though they don’t carry my watch brand one of the salesman took it in the back and changed the strap for me. I asked him what I owed and he told me not to worry about it. I can’t thank him enough, he saved me 50 dollars by not having to buy the tools. Also one of the female staff members at the front counter was super friendly and talked with us while we waited. Thank you again.

My fiancé and I chose our wedding jewelry at Kranich's today, and it was such a great experience! Usually, I don't like going into jewelry stores because nothing feels personal. The salespeople just rush you around and point you in the direction of the highest ticketed items, but not here!

Caleb Lansberry helped me pick the best engagement ring for my fiance! He mentioned small things that I wouldn't have thought about like how you can get the stone to connect to the ring different ways or the height of the stone off your finger to be able to fit other rings under it, etc. I would definitely go there in the future!

I stopped in to Kranich’s to see about getting a Gucci watch that I had purchased from them 20 years ago polished. My wife and I want to give it to our daughter as a gift for Christmas. I spoke with Mike S he was able to get the watch polished up so it almost looked brand new. Mike was a joy to work with, and he definitely has my business in the future!
