My personal experience, driving in the middle of Westchester The bus was on the double yellow line with its extended mirror. The mirror was clearly in my lane. Our mirrors collided which in turn broke mine. Called the company they reviewed the footage, Long story short I guess if the bus isn’t over the yellow line but it’s taking up the full double yellow line it can have its mirror smashing into whatever vehicle without penalty. Total fix was $700.
With them clearly having a mirror on their vehicle that is extended into my lane.
Tried to resolve the issue with no luck.
I’m an easy-going guy but when it comes to their responsibility would not recommend them.
I would give them a zero, sad that I had to give them a one.

Only good thing about this bus company is that they're on time in the morning.that's it.other than that, expect to be late going where you have to go after work hours.and its late everyday.oh and it shuts down, at times, and they need to get new buses, I'm sick of krapfs coaches treating us passengers like this!

Reserved a coach bus for wedding transportation and shuttle. They provided excellent reliable, clean and friendly service.

If time is a factor, take a bus that arrives at your destination an hour early & you might just make it with a minute to spare. Buses often run up to 45-50 mins late.

This is the worst transportation I have ever took. It’s never on time ever. It’s always 20 minutes late. Worst part is, they only run every 1 hr or so & to top that off is there AC doesn’t work. We need speta going to the coastville area!

Krapf's is a wonderful company to work for and/or to hire for an event. Drivers are well-trained and courteous.
