Oh my gosh, they are amazing! I came in a on Saturday before they closed and next thing you know I had my window back in my home the next Saturday. It was amazing. Super fast service and awesome customer service. I highly recommend
Called for a price on a piece of glass to cover a desk. Spoke with Bryan who was extremely helpful and friendly. The price was $30 less than another area glass company. Kreamer’s turnaround time was 4-5 days. The other company couldn’t have it ready for over 2 weeks! I texted Bryan photos of the desk with the tape measure on it, so they could have the measurements. I ordered on Monday, they called me first thing Thursday morning to tell me it was ready for pickup. Got it home and the fit couldn’t have been better! The edges are finished perfectly and the glass is crystal clear. Use Kreamer Glass for your glass needs!
Worst costumer experience I've had in recent memory. Called me Saturday before they closed to cancel my Monday morning appointment that I've been waiting three weeks for, they are very late for my rescheduled appointment which I had to take off work for, because they had a more important job. Thanks for being honest that my business isn't that important to you.
