Kuhn's Market reviews
13The men's restroom is gross most of the time. Mancini bread is stale, hard as a rock more often than none. Many food items are out of stock; have to go to giant eagle.
It smelt horrible and dirty. Selections were slim for example sausage links they only carry Jimmy Dean brand. Prices were higher then anywhere else in beaver county so I hoped the customer service would be outstanding but was sadly disappointed. I couldn't Locate the fair life milk so there was a gentleman stalking the dairy area so I asked "Do you guys carry fairlife? I can't seem to find it" he was very rude and made me feel like an idiot because I had walked past it. This was my 1st and last visit to Kuhn's Market.
They really need to keep the deli open later than 6pm. To accommodate those who can't make it earlier in the day.
Clean, not very busy when I went on a Thursday afternoon. Employees were very nice and helpful.
Like to go more often, even if it is a bit out of my way. I miss the one we had around my area.
Nice selection of vegetables, fresh fruit and meats with prices typically lower than Giant Eagle or comparable to other family owned grocery stores. Clean and usually well stocked. Employees are friendly and helpful. Their bakery items are extremely fresh and much cheaper than Shop n Save in Ambridge. Overall. It's a good place to shop.
Stopped in to get some of the hot foods they offer. Stood and waited never got waited on or acknowledged after appox 8 minutes. This was the 3rd time this gas happened in the last 2 month's. The staff was too busy chatting. As far as I know the food is good but won't go back since they are unable to wait on their customer's.
I live out of state, but I made a purchase while I was back home in Pennsylvania. The non-perishable, unopened item needed to be returned, but I didn't have time to stop by before I headed back to Ohio. I gave my mother the item and the receipt for her to process the return for me. However, the store and its managers refused to return the money to my card, give cash or even store credit for the return, claiming that they needed my debit card in order to do anything. I somewhat understand that not all systems allow for the card reimbursement without swiping, however to refuse cash or even worse store credit is utterly ridiculous. Clearly their system needs an update as I've done many returns in other stores where the card was not needed. More importantly they need to review their policy as it now negatively affects their customer service. The bedrock of great customer service is resourcefulness. A merchant should always be looking to solve their customer's problem. Refusing to find a way to satisfy the customer by providing cash or store credit means that the store couldn't care less about the issue at hand. In return, I don't feel valued as a customer at all. I'll probably make the drive up or down broadhead for now on to handle my grocery needs when I'm visiting in the future.
Love Kuhn's market. Big enough to have everything you need, and small enough to make you feel at home.
The employees at this grocery store are what keeps me coming back. Always pleasant - in every department.
Terrible service. They let me stand there for 30mins while they walked by me didn't offer to help check me out. The online store hours are wrong According to their manager but she didn't fix them. Im obviously a first responder who wants to get home to my family and they were completely rude.
Can't have my emotional support dog next time I come to the store. What makes you think I'd come back if you were rude about my single pound emotional support animal
Just love to walk down the freezer aisle. Always clean, neat, organized, full. Hats off to freezer person. Great job!
Then theres the deli.i cannot believe they pass health inspections. Ive seen
Clerks use a dirty cloth to wipe messes haviing clear plastic gloves on. Did u ever see them change their gloves after that? Me either, never! They continue to wait on customers with the same germy gloves! Check out the deep fryer. Coated with fry oil. Call fire marshall. This is one gross area.be cautiousl
