Kurinji Indian Cuisine reviews
20So today that is 01/03/2024 I went to Kurinji and food was amazing and the guy who served was polite and good but but people reading this please make sure you don’t tip them the only reason the owner does not give the staff their tips even if you give cash to staff they have to put in the box where the owner stand and the owner keeps which is ridiculous apparently that’s the rule that staff does not get tips this stupidity how can he not give the tip to the staff and keep for himself the owner is not serving or cleaning the plates, as a customer I really enjoyed how the staff served me so i will tip him the owner has no rights to keep the tips of staff
Thanks for the authentic Indian dishes. Savouring them for a moment I felt I was at home in India. The gulab jamuns in particular were so very delicious
I don’t know how I missed this place till now, ordered food online, went in well welcomed by the owner himself karthik, what a great person, we talked a lot about Indian food, he gave me suggestions next time to try, everything I had ordered was 100. % great and it’s coming from a guy who loves Indian food, definitely trying more and more times, I can’t really understand the negative reviews I saw, I can say definitely those are absolutely wrong try the food first and then rewiew, to my non Indian friends if you don’t like it spicy ask them to do it mild I bet you guys would never regret it great food once again thanks karthik bhai
Since I can't get Chicken Kothu Parotta in my area, I made the trip to Kurinji and it was worth it. A decent portion served with raita and salan. Excellent! We also ordered the Tandoor chicken which comes with mint chutney and served on a bed of capsicum and onion. Also excellent!
Staff was friendly and food arrived in a very reasonable time.
Thank you. Next time Dum Biryani.
The food was really amazing, especially the fish 555, and tandoori chicken, it was juicy and tender, their was biriyani was super good!
Delicious! Got the Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala, Naan and Gobi Manchurian. Very good! Will order again!
Ample parking, nice spacious clean place, decent staff, great delicious food & ofcourse great variety.
You must try this place. A physician in a hospital talk highly about the place & for a change to experience in Diwali we drove 30 min, it was all worth.
Just opened a few days ago and so far excellent! Super attentive staff.warm and friendly owner.and a discount for a few days since they just opened! Big menu and food was perfectly spiced.will be back!
4 yrs later.still love this place. Always delicious and a friendly staff.
The owner of this location is extremely cocky and rude. He had an attitude with me and was condescending when I asked him a simple question about the menu. Additionally, the food is bland and not worth the money. I'm surprised they are still in business considering who the owner. I found the owners behavior to be unkind. I'm a customer and deserve to be treated with respect. Please don't go here, this owner doesn't deserve anyone's business. Kindness costs nothing, but since it does to him, I won't be spending my money here.
Authentic South Indian restaurant. I have had food multiple times it never failed to impress. Visited again recently after a short break, it was fantastic. In fact my colleagues who are not from South India have become a fan now.
First time and we will be back. Dosa was huge. Over ordered in our enthusiasm but makes great left overs. Really good saag paneer.
The place was referred by a close colleague and boy, the food was delicious. We ordered Vegetable Biriyani and the food was very tasty. Would recommend a visit to this place.
I am going to deduct the rating because they charged us for 1/4th onion (sliced) and 1/4th slice of lemon - $1.50! They usually garnish the chicken biryani with some onions and lemons and since this time they didn't we asked them if we could. Such a let down!
I am SO happy that I finally found a place that makes authentic mysore masala dosa! It was perfect
Delicious freshly made dinner dishes. Ordered Tomato Soup, Dosa, Gobi Manchuria, Paneer Tika Masala, Navratan Korma. All items were so yummy. Best Indian restaurant near Montgomeryville PA.
We have ordered a "Thalappakatti mutton biryani" in Kurinji Indian Cuisine and its more Authenticate taste as it's taste same like Original "Dindigul Thalappakatti mutton biryani" in Tamilnadu. One of the delicious Biryani we ever ate in any of the Indian restaurants in USA. Biryani "Quality, Goat Meat Quality and Authenticate taste" is very much consistent in Kurinji Indian Cuisine, since after tried some times & now only posting this review & given 5 star rating (Could have given more than 5's if there is an option)
Also their "Vijayawada boneless chicken Biryani & Tandoori chicken" as well so delicious.
Thank you for serving the good quality food at your restaurant) Gudus for most consistent on serving the Quality food
The food was meh. No seasoning whatsoever. I am guessing a piece of cardboard will taste better than the pomfret fish fry, I’d rather eat the cardboard.
Came here with a friend for lunch during our work day. We were greeted by friendly staff and seated immediately. We ordered Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Biryani, and Garlic Na'an. The food was served quickly! We ate family-style, meaning we shared the dishes between us. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. There was a complexity to both dishes that many other restaurants lack. Spice levels were perfect. Portion sizes were generous. Prices were reasonable and on par with other restaurants in the area. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Easily the best Indian cuisine I've enjoyed in 15 years. I will definitely be back.
Regarding the atmosphere; it's fine. The dining room was clean. No complaints. Why are people complaining about pictures and lights? We're not visiting the palace. We're here for the food, people.
My husband and I moved from Edison to Warminster and we were worried we wouldn’t be able to find decent indian restaurants. That was until we came across Kurinji’s. The biryani is always good, and the paneer curries. Dosa and idli is not anything to write home about but still good if you’re having a craving. Very affordable too.
I have been here multiple times and their food doesn’t disappoint. I especially love their pallipayalm chicken roast and chicken biryani.
