Kutney is the best insurance agency in Pa. They insure our auto and home and also Life. They are very helpful whenever we need something. We will never change to any other Insurance Company.

The ladies in the office are incredibly helpful, go out of their way to answer questions, help to accommodate our needs. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Called for a car insurance quote and homeowners quote. Called multiple times to follow up only to be sent to voice-mail after being told the agent was available. 7 days later still no quote due to my house being to far from a fire department. I can only imagine how long it takes to pay a claim. Would not recommend this agency.

I want to give a shout out to Stacey from Kutney Insurance of Williamsport. Stacey reached out to me and helped me get the best discounts on my motorcycle and car insurance today. She also helped me with renters insurance which also helped with further discounts. I am now going to pay pretty much the same as I have always been paying on just car insurance alone with the discounts and savings she found for me. Customer service like this is VERY rare these days and Stacey deserves all the recognition she can get for the hard work she went through to help me out today!

I love this office! I call and talk to the girls and they are so nice. I personally deal with Stacey Andrews and she has done her job and then some for me. She has been my go to for a few years now. All the staff at Kutney Insurance Agency know their jobs and do it well!

I had an unfortunate fender bender to the tune of about $3,400.00. I filed the claim with the Nationwide 800 number claims service and was given a claim number.

A week later, I called the claim rep at the 800 number again, and was told my check was being sent so I could get the work done.

After two weeks, and no check I called my claim rep and left a voice mail and got no return call. I left an email that same day, and no return email. Over the next week, I called and left messages and emails 6 different times for my claims rep with no call back or email. She was not out of office or on vacation, just unresponsive.

Frustrated, I called my local Nationwide rep in Williamsport Pa. For help, Kutney Insurance Agency, and spoke to Stacey Andrews.

Stacey gave me first class service and attention and treated me like I mattered and she was genuinely interested and more than willing to help me. I called her at 4 pm on a Friday, and she knowledgeably and aggressively took the wheel, and made things happen.

Long story short I had an answer and resolution by the end of the day before she went home, and my car was scheduled for repair and the situation handled 100% thanks to her.

Stacey is an amazing person who will go above and beyond to assist you even when the parent company (Nationwide) doesn’t seem to “be on your side”
